I can offer a lovely sauna in the wood fired sauna for SEK 350, incl. wood and lighting. Close to Sörmlandsleden for superb hiking, Kallfors Golf course, beautiful natural areas, lakes and the sea. Sightseeing is the "excursion road" to Trosa, Tullgarns Slott, Stendörren, Nynäs Slott, Mariefred, Taxinge Slott and Kafe Klavèr.

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.

Sheets, towels and cleaning are not included in the price, the guest bring their own and clean the cottage before leaving, unless other agreement is made with the host. The cottage is heated. At arrival a fire have been lit, but for a continous cozy burning fire the guest bring their own firewood. Bags can be found at the local petrol station. Washing machine in separate building.

The place is very close to nature. The wild animals, access to the forest and the tranquility are fantastic. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, so you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour.), Trosa (20min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30min). The chance to see wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see moose, wild boar etc. we can recommend a wildlife park in Öster malma, just 20 min from here.

Very nice house with a lot of sleeping places. There was no large dining room for dinner but extra chairs and tables so you could arrange it in the living room. We were very happy! Great with sauna and water so close

Hi, Patrik. Thanks for a nice stay. We enjoyed your little "cabin"! Cozy! Everything that was needed was in place, even chrome-cast so we could watch Norwegian TV. Nice and quiet. It was within walking distance to the center of Järna and it suited us perfectly. It was easy to communicate with Patrik and it was very satisfying. The only shortcoming was that the address was not on the confirmation from Airbnb, so we had some trouble finding it.

A fantastic cottage, with lots of freedom. Tastefully decorated. Quiet. Special to experience how a burning toilet works and what it's like to shower outside. You live close to nature and can fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Marie always responded quickly and, because we couldn't find it ourselves, guided us to the cottage by phone. Check-in was flexible. Only downside: we found the bed a bit narrow. All in all highly recommended.

Nestled in a peaceful and remote location, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life—a true haven for slowing down and reconnecting with nature. The house itself is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with cozy Scandinavian interiors and so much attention to detail. Every corner feels warm, inviting, and filled with love. Whether it’s raining or the sun is shining, this place offers the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. And the sunsets? Simply breathtaking. Sitting outside in the evening, watching the sky turn golden over the water, was an experience we’ll never forget. We can’t recommend this magical spot enough!
