100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

We really enjoyed our holiday, the apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Giga was a very attentive host and surprised us with a wonderful dinner of homemade delicacies. We got great travel tips, we made the most of the Carinthia card, because almost everything was close to the accommodation. Beautiful surroundings, crystal clear streams, spectacular gorges, waterfalls, beach all nearby. Thank you very much for this great accommodation, we would gladly return.

Like an eagle's nest over the valley of the Drava. A really great accommodation, with warm hosts, for absolute comfort! Even rainy days can be spent relaxing here. I was in the wooden house because I want to have one built myself. I was interested in what it feels like to be in a house like this. I already had some expectations, as I myself deal with natural construction and minimalism and even live in an organic, old stone house. It was a very special experience in the Zinipi house. With the wooden walls, I felt well protected in the house and yet very intimately connected to nature. My next house will be a wooden house. ;-) Thanks for having me in the house.

Michael is a top host. The team provides great support on site and is always available - you feel very welcome and in good hands. The house is totally beautiful and warm. I especially recommend it to families, as everything is also child-friendly (crib is available, as well as extra railings in front of the stairs). Everything you need for a short stay is available in the kitchen. Overall, it is quiet, as it is in the countryside. We felt very comfortable and hope to come back.

Great place if you're looking for a quiet and secluded space with beautiful views. The bungalow was ready for us in every aspect: clean, plenty coffee pods, burning wood ready, BBQ with charcoal available, clear instructions how to use the pellet burner. There was even a lovely welcoming gift. Such a small gesture but makes such a difference! The owner was helpful and responsive. Gave us some recommendations which we were happy to explore. The only things we were missing where some basic kitchen stuff, such as salt, pepper, tea bags. There was no shower gel or shampoo available and towels were very small. Overall, the place was well prepared for us and the owner looks after his guests. And these views! Highly recommended!
