On the second floor, in the middle of two huge terraces, stands Casa PaCa Termoli! Here you can spend a quiet vacation close to the city center! In addition to easily reaching the beaches of Termoli, you can take a dip in the pool by comfortably descending in the elevator and you will have very close to the Municipal Park, a bar and supermarket, the Macte contemporary art museum and the best pastry shop in Termoli! The apartment consists of two double bedrooms and a double bedroom, all with a balcony.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

It can accommodate six people, with EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire property and the pool. Your pets are welcome. In the property there are cats. The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.
