Super apartment, very clean nice and functional, very modern, elevator very helpful for luggage transportation. In addition to the kettle and iron, the room had everything you needed. Free parking. Very nice and quiet place, close to the beach which is not crowded with tourists but we have a quiet free beach where only Italians stay, and it is great because there is no such international clutter only clean and calm. Beautiful sandy beach. The only downside, but maybe it's not a downside is that few people speak English, but we have a completely Italian vibe. In the apartment, which was not in the advertisement, there was also the internet :) it is a big plus. Air conditioning in all rooms. Responding to issues quickly. If someone is looking for a very comfortable and affordable apartment to spend a total holiday and in a totally Italian climate, this is a place worth recommending.

5 star. Perfect location, met all expectations, very responsive and kind host. Will visit again. However, there is no internet in the rooms, also cell phone coverage is limited is some rooms. If intend to stay connected to the internet, you can either use the internet only available in the reception area or figure out how to get have a cell phone booster. Encourage management to figure out the internet situation.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location right on the very clear sea with sandy beach. Very dear hostess who was always immediately available, gave recommendations for the area and was super friendly.😊 We can only recommend this great place!

The apartment is very clean and spacious, with a really nice and comfortable terrace. It is located in a quiet area but with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, in addition to the beautiful beaches within walking distance! Very useful private parking.

Marisa's location is a delightful little apartment overlooking the square of the Duomo del Borgo vecchio di Termoli. The apartment is perfect for two people for both short and long stays. Tidy, super clean, equipped with everything. Marisa is an excellent host, responsive and ready to respond to every need.

We loved staying here! The location was great, easy beach access and close to restaurants. The home was beautiful and Pasquale was great to communicate with! Will definitely be staying here when we re-visit. Grazie mille Pasquale

Great house, right on the lake, very private, private access to the Starnd, sunrise and sun downhill from the terrace to admire. The furniture in the house is a bit outdated, but it didn't bother you. Good communication with the homeowner, responds to the requests. I'd love to vacation there again. Simply great.

Aurora and Romildo are exceptional hosts, always attentive to every detail and willing to help at all times. The house is beautiful, it is perfectly equipped and offers everything you need for a good stay. The location of the apartment is ideal, near the center, supermarkets and with a direct view of the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly highly recommend it.

We were greeted by Cosimo and Maria who made us feel at home. The place is quiet, the sea is beautiful and the pool is super clean. The apartment has all the comforts. We will definitely be back

we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thank you for everything 😊

Top location, the property is located directly on the beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for beach stays. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it has everything you need.

Very nice and clean as the pictures indicate. Giulia was very friendly and forthcoming. Her place is well located, in front of the sea and next to the old walkable city.

Maria Paola is a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is large, clean, comfortable and in a good location, close to the sea and all amenities. The view of the sea is really nice and makes the apartment cool and ventilated. My husband, my husband and my 5-year-old son stayed, we had a really great time and recommend it!

For those looking for peace and relaxation, this apartment is perfect. The images don't do it at all. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on the first floor. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of palm trees and the sea. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, we didn't miss anything. The beach is really just a few walk away. During our time here we often had it to ourselves and there it is perfect for relaxing. Our children were thrilled to have so much space to play. Carmine and Maria were the best hosts we've had so far. They were always very friendly and attentive. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! Thanks Carmine and Maria!

Placed in the ancient part of town, close, or better, included in, to the nightlife and to the seaside. The sea is almost all around. The sunset shines every evining on the sealine, in front of the house. Best suited for young adults who wil enjoy the day at the seaside and the night out, not being bothered by the continuity between the two bedrooms. We were there, three generations of my family, that was OK anyways. Very friendly local people. Friendly and helpful host. It can be somehow noisy at night and early in the morning.

Very pleasant stay, the house is large and well furnished, complete with everything for the kitchen and the beach, beautiful terrace that unfortunately we could not enjoy at lunch because the umbrella was broken, I would have preferred to find the linen for the rooms and the bathroom maybe paying a little more. Recommended property and Host and if possible we will return!! Giorgio
