Mieszkanie super, bardzo czyste ładne i funkcjonalne, bardzo nowoczesne, winda bardzo pomocna przy transporcie bagaży. W pomieszczeniu oprócz czajnika i żelazka było wszystko co potrzebne. Parking darmowy. Bardzo ładne i ciche miejsce, blisko plaża która nie jest przepełniona turystami ale za to mamy cichą darmową plażę na której przebywają chyba tylko Włosi, i to jest super bo nie ma takiego międzynarodowego ścisku tylko czysto i spokojnie. Plaża piękna piaszczysta. Jedyny minus ale może to nie minus to to że mało tam ludzi mówi po angielsku, ale za to mamy całkowicie włoski klimat. W mieszkaniu czego nie było w ogłoszeniu był też internet :) to duży plus. Klimatyzacja we wszystkich pokojach. Reakcja na problemy szybka. Jeśli ktoś szuka bardzo komfortowego i niedrogiego mieszkania do spędzenia w totalnym spokoju wakacji i w totalnie włoskim klimacie to miejsce godne polecenia.

5 star. Perfect location, met all expectations, very responsive and kind host. Will visit again. However, there is no internet in the rooms, also cell phone coverage is limited is some rooms. If intend to stay connected to the internet, you can either use the internet only available in the reception area or figure out how to get have a cell phone booster. Encourage management to figure out the internet situation.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage direkt am Sehr klaren Meer mit Sandstrand. Sehr liebe Gastgeberin die immer sofort erreichbar war, Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben hat und super freundlich war😊 Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

L'appartamento è molto pulito e spazioso, con un terrazzo davvero bello e confortevole. E' situato in una zona tranquilla ma con tanti ristoranti e supermercati vicini, oltre alle belle spiagge raggiungibili a piedi! Parcheggio privato utilissimo.

La location di Marisa è un delizioso appartamentino che affaccia sulla piazzetta del Duomo del Borgo vecchio di Termoli. L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Ordinato, pulitissimo, attrezzato di tutto. Marisa è un host eccellente, reattiva e pronta a rispondere a ogni esigenza.

We loved staying here! The location was great, easy beach access and close to restaurants. The home was beautiful and Pasquale was great to communicate with! Will definitely be staying here when we re-visit. Grazie mille Pasquale

Es war traumhaft. Alleine die Lage war ein Traum. Sehr sauber und sehr netter Gastgeber. Er hat direkt gefragt ob alles passt. Außerdem sehr großes Haus, was ideal ist um mit der Familie hinzufahren, da man sich nicht dauerhaft entgegenkommt. Der Strand super da man kaum Menschen sieht. Im insgesamten super toll, wir kommen wieder!👋🏼👋🏼

Aurora y Romildo son anfitriones excepcionales, siempre atentos a cada detalle y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. La casa es preciosa, está perfectamente equipada y ofrece todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. La ubicación del apartamento es ideal, cerca del centro, de supermercados y con una vista directa a la playa. Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia y sin duda lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Siamo stati accolti da Cosimo e Maria che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Il posto è tranquillo, il mare è bellissimo e la piscina pulitissima. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Alloggio fantastico dotato di ogni confort e curato nei dettagli. L'host è gentilissimo e disponibile. Consiglierei questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere dei giorni di relax e tranquillità fuori dalla città.

wir waren 1 Woche bei Andrea und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. der Strand ist gleich vor der Terrassentür, was mit Kindern mega praktisch war. den Pool haben wir tatsächlich nicht oft genutzt. die Küchenausstattung könnte ein bisschen mehr sein, da man sonst bei 4 Personen nach jeder Mahlzeit alles spülen muss, damit für das nächste Mal wieder ausreichend Besteck usw. vorhanden ist. vielen Dank für alles 😊

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento è impeccabile sia dal punto di vista del comfort che delle dotazioni - non mancava davvero nulla anzi, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato già acqua, caffè e te. Tutto è stato pensato con cura e si percepisce la passione che i proprietari ci hanno messo nel realizzare sia gli interni che gli esterni. Basso è stato un ospite super presente ma mai invadente, pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste, disponibile e flessibile. La zona è super tranquilla, il mare è davvero a due passi mentre ristoranti e altro sono a 10 min di auto.

Das Airbnb ist super. Direkt am Meer und eigener Pool. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Termoli reisen, werden wir dieses Airbnb wieder mieten.

Basso ist absolut nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und sehr schnell. Basso hat einfach eine absolute Oase erschaffen. Einfach ein Traum. Die Anlage ist absolut Neuwertig und an alles wurde gedacht. Küche mit kompletten Zubehör/ Utensilien ausgerüstet. Bademantel, Handtücher, etc. alles vorhanden. Bilder sind eins zu eins original. Man ist recht Zentral gelegen ca. 5-8 Autominuten. Zum Strand sind es ca. 3-5 min. Fußweg. (Strand ist nicht zum empfehlen, da Felsen vorhanden sind, wir empfehlen 5 Minuten mit Auto zum Privatstrand zugehen). Übrigens ist der Pool so angenehm man hat seine eigene Liegen. Basso hat an alles gedacht. Wir sind so begeistert gewesen. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen trotz der langen Reise :) (12 Stunden Fahrt) Wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlichst an Herrn Basso und sein Team. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l appartement de Rosa. Elle nous a accueilli avec le sourire et est très agréable. L appartement est très bien ventilé donc la climatisation n est pas nécessaire, et il est très bien équipé. Un grand Merci, il existe encore de belles personnes. A très bientôt !!!

Situata nel bellissimo borgo, vicina al mare, la stanza è molto ben curata, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Umberto si è dimostrato sin dall’inizio molto disponibile e ne abbiamo avuto conferma conoscendolo di persona. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. ! Grazie Umberto !

Very nice and clean as the pictures indicate. Giulia was very friendly and forthcoming. Her place is well located, in front of the sea and next to the old walkable city.

Maria Paola è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è grande, pulito, comodo e in una buona posizione, vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi. La vista sul mare è veramente bella e rende l'appartamento fresco e ventilato. Abbiamo alloggiato io, mio marito e mio figlio di 5 anni, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e lo consigliamo!

Für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen ist diese Wohnung perfekt. Die Bilder werden dem allen gar nicht gerecht. Die Wohnung ist liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend im ersten Stock. Von dem Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Palmen und das Meer. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Strand ist wirklich nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Während unserer Zeit hier hatten wir ihn oft für uns alleine und dort ist es perfekt zum entspannen. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert so viel Platz zum Spielen zu haben. Carmine und Maria waren die besten Gastgeber, die wir bis jetzt hatten. Sie waren immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns in die Gegend verliebt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Danke Carmine und Maria!

Placed in the ancient part of town, close, or better, included in, to the nightlife and to the seaside. The sea is almost all around. The sunset shines every evining on the sealine, in front of the house. Best suited for young adults who wil enjoy the day at the seaside and the night out, not being bothered by the continuity between the two bedrooms. We were there, three generations of my family, that was OK anyways. Very friendly local people. Friendly and helpful host. It can be somehow noisy at night and early in the morning.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, la casa è grande e ben arredata, completa di tutto per la cucina e la spiaggia, bellissima la terrazza che purtroppo non ci siamo potuti godere a pranzo perché l’ombrellone era rotto, avrei preferito trovare la biancheria per le camere ed il bagno magari pagando un po’ di più. Struttura e Host consigliati e se possibile ci torneremo!! Giorgio
