The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Centrally located in the Grand Valley, on the edge of a Redlands Mesa, sits our Southwestern adobe style house. An outside staircase takes you up to the tower guest room. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Nestled in a quiet little mtn town, the gateway to Grand Mesa with a wild horse herd in its "backyard", near Powderhorn skiing, world class bike trails and wine tasting. The cottage was built right after The Depression but before WWII-a unique architectural "moment in time" It's been lovingly restored and still has many original features like the 1941 Montgomery Wards Catalog kitchen cabinets. The Solargon

The Silo - unique guest room with great views

The Silo is a unique experience, and we invite you to experience it! The Silo is exactly that – a guest room built inside a grain bin. It has the traditional furnishings of a hotel room – queen bed, table with chairs, refrigerator, and microwave – but no television, running water, or indoor bathroom. It does have an outdoor kitchenette and bathroom facility. Best of all, it has spectacular views!
