Surrounded by the Moliets Golf Course, very close to the ocean and in the middle of pine trees, this apartment will be ideal for recharging your batteries. The pools are within 50 m, and the beach is accessible by walking along the golf course in less than 15 minutes. Free parking, and laundry 20 meters away. Linens are provided.

This apartment (sleeps 6) consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a bunk bed. You have a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet with sink. On the ground floor, you can access a private terrace with views of the golf course. The apartment is located in the heart of the PIERRE ET VACANCES residence with 4 swimming pools, one of which is heated, play areas, table tennis, volleyball...

A peaceful oasis under the pine trees and facing the pond.

Bungalow for 4 people in the villages under the pines between Moliets and Léon. The Bungalow is 25 m2 + a covered terrace of about ten m2 in the forest facing a pond. It is well equipped for standard comfort. There is a 140*190 bed and two 90*190 bunk beds. Sheets, pillowcases, towels and dish towels are not provided. Blankets and duvets are available for each bed. For short stays, it is possible to operate with a key box. Thank you.

Studio Seignosse Océan (beach and shops within walking distance)

Cozy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment has views of a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. Due to possible noise pollution and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.
