Are you an author and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? Now you've finished looking. This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago, and literally a stone's throw from the water. In the approximately 12 sqm, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and is shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry toilet.

Unique location on a large plot by the sea with 2 houses, privat located in Stockholm archipelago. The houses are connected by wooden deck, all rooms with seaview and terracedoors. Large kitchen fully equipped, fridge/freezers, dishwasher, dining for 6-8 persons. 50 m to privat jetty. 4 bedrooms with privat entrance. Bathroom build 2025 with wc and shower. A small rowboat is included and you can rent a smaller motorboat. You can rent sheets and towels. 15 min. walk to ferry to Stockholm.

A small cottage with one bedroom, small kitchen, separate toilet (combustion toilet) and outdoor shower with hot water. The house is located on Hemholmen by the water. Small rowing boat with 10 hp motor can be rented for SEK 400/day, SEK 1500/week. Travel to Hemholmen (Lagunen) by taxi boat from Sollenkroka. Space must be pre-booked well in advance. ”Dunderbacken” is a newly built house with good social spaces, modern kitchen, shower, toilet, washing machine and fast unlimited WiFi. Nearby there are nice rock baths in the sea and the area is surrounde with smal islands with birds and seals. Kayaks are for rent if you want to visit the islands. Our yard has direct connection to a larger nature reserve with untouched nature and swimming lakes as well as sea/harbour nearby.
