New luxury duplex apartment 12 with new large terrace, view of Olomouc and massage bath. Apt. is located a short walk from the center .. right next to Flora Park. Public transport stop and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a massage bathtub, a living room with a kitchen . On the second floor, a cozy bedroom with an el. fireplace. The downside is the 5 floor without elevator .. In the summer season there is a possibility to rent a hot tub on the terrace 👍

I can highly recommend this accommodation! The equipment corresponds to the pictures: A nice bathtub, small sauna, shower, toilet, small kitchenette, seating and a smart TV are available: everything you need :) You can tell that Evžen & Zuzana have put a lot of effort into the restoration and furnishing. Communication was also quick and without any problems. Thank you very much!

Nice, clean, quiet, nice touches (fresh flowers and homemade cheese to welcome you). It is worth noting that the hosts offer two terraced houses, so you can have neighbors. Unfortunately, there is almost no coverage, and the offered Wi-Fi is also poor, so it is not very suitable for remote work. But to sit and relax - very pleasant.
