Such a lovely place to stay. It was very quiet and very spacious. The layout was simple and just wanted I needed. I loved how big the gym was and laundry was also very convenient. It was very close to downtown which I loved! The host was responsive especially when I needed something. So thank you!

Place and the surrounding area was great. The only disappointment was the Bagg’s Biergarten was closed.

Beautiful place with great amenities and super close to everything you need.

Looked exactly like the photos/matched description. They were also very fast to respond and helpful. The lodge itself was very charming and I loved the amount of space available and that each section had its own bathroom. The private balcony also was a hit for those who wanted fresh air or to observe the snowfall. If you are looking for a more legitimate Airbnb space (like a house) this isn’t for you. But overall, we had a great time (9 of us) and were comfortable with the space. Would definitely come back! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was they closed the outdoor pool due to the weather and we weren’t able to go in.

The interior decorating, design, construction and the stocking of the space with super useful items was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and will stay here again.

We had an awesome two day stay. We had consistent communication about the area and recommendations from Darya. We cooked with all the provided supplies and spent time on the smart tv. Within the apartment everything was clean and instructions were clearly placed on the table for the amenities. It was nice being in a historical converted building. The exterior and the halls are clearly from a school but inside apartment was beautiful. This was a unique experience which we enjoyed. The parking spot was a little small for a larger truck but still doable and convenient for busy location. The building itself is secure because of gate opener and mandatory key access. The building itself was extremely quiet. I would highly recommend the property for use by families and singles in the future.

We stayed for a long weekend, Art was very helpful and extremely nice! The property was perfect for our family and we had plenty of yard to run around in for our boys. Overall it was a great time and the property was perfect for our family! Highly recommend this place for a Cooperstown trip!!!

Our purpose of travel was in Harrisville, this location got us close to where we wanted to be. Without hesitation I would recommend this host and location to anyone looking for a place reasonably priced. 10 minutes from Lake Bonaparte, 15 minutes from Harrisville.

The apartment was clean and well equipped for our needs ensuring we had a comfortable stay. William is very responsive and accommodating.

Our stay at Grants Island was just what we needed for a little family getaway! The weather complied, the lake and views from the dock were amazing. The use of the pontoon made for good fishing but even better fishing right off the dock! John was more than accommodating with our needs and communication was easy. The cabin fit 5 of us just fine and everyone enjoyed themselves. The local restaurant had great food and drinks!

The home was very comfortable and good for large groups. We were in town for the General Clinton Canoe Regatta. There were multiple seating areas and nooks to hang out in so everyone could have their own space or gather for a big family meal. Garden space and fire pit lovely and well maintained. We had rain, so the covered porch was much appreciated! Comfortable beds. Hot tub. Kitchen large enough for prepping big meals and well equipped. Driveway fit all 6 of our cars without issue. Thoughtful touches like plenty of coffee, ice packs in freezer, plenty of easy to find cleaning supplies and laundry room, and local recommendations. Super responsive host and very accommodating. All in all a really great house.

Stayed here for an extended time, house was exactly as described and Carl was always available to answer any questions. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Great home with the most beautiful, peaceful location. Stayed for a two week work trip and could not have been happier. Plenty of room for 3 guys to cook, have their own space and work. Beds were great and kitchen was fantastic.
