The place was lovely. Except the bedding sheet were very dirty in room #4. Otherwise everything else was great

We had a terrific time at Mike and Kathy's beautiful spot by the river. It was great to be able to swim at the private dock after work, especially since it was an unusually sweltering Sept. The house was lovely, stocked with everything we needed, safe, and very comfortable. Mike was extremely responsive, helpful, and generous about sharing their family's special place. If anything the photos don't do the guest house justice. We all loved our stay and will definitely be back if we get a chance.

Tara and the gang hosting the different rooms on the property are probably the BEST hosts that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have used AirBnB all around the WORLD, and I can’t think of anyone better! Communication is quick and helpful, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The space is perfect for a solo or couple getaway, or bigger group. I have done both here, and each time I’m looking forward to coming back. Don’t look elsewhere in Havasu, you’ve found your spot! Whatever the size of your party. Going above and beyond seems to come extremely natural, and that is rare these days! See you next time :)

All i really need to say is clean quit beautiful sunset very comfortable bed. Everything you need. I would recommend this anyone not only for work but if you want to see a very beautiful hidden part of the United States this is the place to stay

Honestly, this spot exceeded my expectations! It obviously looks gorgeous in the photos, but actually being there was so much better! The house was squeaky clean and there was no clutter at all. The kitchen was FULL of everything you would need! Jovian was very responsive and nice! She answered quickly and was accommodating. The view was amazing and this spot was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that was just gorgeous. I would 100% recommend for anyone! Especially a couple. It was awesome for my boyfriend and I to have a little break and relax together.

The place felt very homey and it was beautiful! We enjoyed the nice backyard and all that was around the area! Dante was very helpful to answer any questions and checked in on how we were doing, I definitely recommend!

It isn’t often you come across a place as well appointed as Dana's. I’ve been a guest at Airbnb‘s for 10 years plus. Dana‘s sweet guest house is perfect in every way. She has such an eye for decor, and everything you could possibly want has been thought of. There’s a perfect little dog run outback that is gated, and even a swimming pool to refresh yourself in. Parking was a breeze directly in front of the door under a carport. The home was incredibly comfortable and quiet. I wish every Airbnb could be as spotless and beautiful as Dana’s!

This was the perfect place for me, the ol’ lady, and our fur baby, our host Joan was super responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend them for a short or even long term stay!

Felt right at home, the place was very clean which is the most important part. The propane BBQ is a nice touch!! Nice quiet location and very private. 10 min drive to London Bridge.

Ty and Tamara were amazing hosts. They communicated very thoroughly and clearly. We didn’t get to spend a whole lot of time at their place due to the nature of our trip, but it was a very nice and relaxing place to come back to after both days. It was very clean and cozy, the bed was comfy and it was overall very peaceful. We hope to come back and stay for longer to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet close enough to great local attractions, restaurants, and hiking spots, it was the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. One of the true highlights of our stay was the view at night. Whether we were sitting out on the patio with a glass of wine or simply looking out the window, the nighttime scenery was absolutely breathtaking—twinkling city lights below and a sky full of stars above. It was magical. If you're considering booking this place—do it! It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing getaway!
