The dining area has a table for 4 and 2 barstools at the kitchen counter. Fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, and more. The master BR has a queen bed, with a BA with a double vanity sink and large walk-in shower. The 2nd/3rd BR have queen beds and share a BA. Enjoy garage access/driveway parking. Fully fenced backyard.

Stocked with coffee, cooking oil, waters, salt and pepper, laundry soap, softner bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer. Secure home. Back yard and front security cameras.

Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
