Wonderful location and very comfy!! We did try to use the sofa bed to lay down and watch TV, it doesn't work. It would have been needed if i took my girls. Otherwise AMAZING place and Wonderful hosts.

Susan nailed everything about this place. Spotlessly clean, inviting space with everything we needed. We stayed here for an event in Vegas and Susan was an excellent host letting us proactively know about Vegas event traffic that weekend and accommodating a special request we had. She left a thoughtful snack basket that we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable and the air temperature well maintained. Honestly, this place exemplifies everything great about Airbnb. Thank you!

Wonderful!! We love the Hawk condos and Forrest's was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The rice cooker made my week! Furniture was so comfortable and loved there was a TV in each bedroom as well as living room. PERFECT place to watch the sunset. Forrest was especially kind with our travel time. Would definitely book again!

Amazing place! The location seems confusing since we reached after sunset and it was dark to identify the exact location but the house is amazing! Had a great stay!

This was a great location and has access to river. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Felt at home. Pool and area around was clean. All amenities were as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. Great price. I am definitely comming back to Josephs place. I Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a wonderful weekend in Lake Havasu. Kyle’s condo was beautiful and centrally located to parks, restaurants, and the London Bridge. The condo was exactly as described. We were able to enjoy the balloons during their Balloon Festival right from the balcony. We would highly recommend this condo, and would love to return!

super cute roomy, but still cozy, condo in the hills of Mesquite. The unit was very clean and quiet, perfect for our little weekend stay.

Janie and her team were amazing hosts. The location is a quiet, friendly, gated neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect for our January stay. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE BED !! AMAZING ! There was plenty of cooking utensils and space to cook. We will be looking for availability on this place for our next visit.

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts Gregory and Steven were really friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were very accommodating of our requests and flexible. We have been doing a road trip across the South West staying mostly in motels, so this was a really nice change. While it is motel like with parking at the door, and right off the side of the highway, the room was much nicer with all of the perks of an airbnb - nicer amenities, stove and pots and pans to cook with, a nice big TV and large washer and dryer. No expenses spared in the fit out. And it was nice and quite also even being so close to a main road. It was a great place to stay, we would stay again

This is a great little condo! It was easy to find, close to the casinos, and literally less than a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly park! The check in was easy, the condo was clean, and the bed was super comfy! I’ll definitely be booking here again in the future!

This was our first time to Lake Havasu. We were searching for a place that was close to the bridge and some activities. This condo is walkable but also a very short drive. It met out needs very well.

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Angie's place was a welcome respite for my siblings and I, as we traveled for our father's funeral in the area. I didn't want to be in a casino or a hotel; I just wanted us to have a space that felt like a home, and this was perfect. Clean throughout, comfy beds, thoughtfully decorated, and with all the amenities we needed. Angie communicated quickly, and we appreciated her allowing us a late checkout so we could catch our breath for a bit after the funeral. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved our stay! We've stayed at Kristina's before and it is just PERFECT. Pool is right behind the unit as well as grassy area for dogs with doggy bags. ADORE the ocean decor throughout and furniture is super comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Kristina is a great host and always responsive and helpful. We'll be back!

The place was great for our group of six. We enjoyed the apartment, and it has very cosy decor. The two bathrooms also made it very easy for our group. Overall, no complaints, very satisfied! Quick responses from the host as well.we definitely will recommend our friends.
