The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Cozy mini apartment (about 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and your own bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

Dusch-Badewanne, Waschbecken. Handtücher sind vorhanden. Wohnzimmer mit Sofa Couchtisch, Vitrinen und Sideboard. Smart-TV, Internet und WiFi . Auf der Galerie - zugänglich über eine Treppe , Tisch und Sideboard. In der Wohnung ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet. Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet & centrally located 38 m² accommodation. Towels & bed linen are available, as well as a Senseo coffee machine. Starting point for walks or the jogging track. Asperg train station is 5 minutes walking distance. S-Bahn to Ludwigsburg: 3 min. S-Bahn to Stuttgart: 25 - 30 minutes. Outdoor swimming pool Asperg within walking distance in 10 min. Infrastructure (within 5 km) Max 2 people. Unfortunately, we have to reject/cancel all requests beyond that.

Beautiful south-east terrace The great , exposed location right on the southern slope of the Hohenasperg is very nice close to nature and quiet , but only a 4-minute walk to the S-Bahn station towards Stuttgart or Bietigheim, Shopping facilities e.g. dm , bakery , REWE , butcher... only 120 m away, heated outdoor swimming pool 500 m away
