Claudio and Mayra's apartment is great and matches the photos and description perfectly. The balcony is really the highlight of the property. The maintenance and condition of the apartment, furniture, cabinets, appliances and utensils are really impeccable, which is impressive for a beach apartment. The reception at check-in was great and super easy. The condominium has a very good structure and its exclusive access is just a few steps from the beach. Ice machine, chairs and sun umbrella on the beach. Everything was very good. I highly recommend it!

The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very comfortable, well-equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Beautiful house. There were 8 of us and the house served us very well. The view of the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, she sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. My only addition would be the mega ramp to access the house. Keep this in mind, as it is extremely muddy and it was quite difficult to get out (we even had to deflate the car tires).

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
