The overall experience was great! The highlight was the housekeepers (especially Lu): they cook very well, keep the house impeccable, support any inconvenience and always available to give indications. In addition, Karina resolved pre-hosting questions quickly and accurately. The photos do the place justice, it really is very spacious, bright and clean. The house is in an extremely exclusive and safe place, close to the beach of São Pedro e das Conchas. The beach is paradisiacal. Negative points: it is essential to be with the car, as the distances are very large (for the beach there is a free van service that is very worth it!), in addition, the wifi is very intermittent and got in the way in some moments where we had to connect for work.

An excellent, cozy house we were very well received by the hostess and the house besides being large and spacious was clean and well cared for. If we have the opportunity to return to SJC we would like to have the opportunity to stay in the house again

The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated, comfortable and nice. It has a beautiful garden. Well-equipped with utensils, crockery, and appliances. The housekeepers are kind, pleasant, and very helpful. The barbecue, balcony and swimming pool space are integrated, providing a good coexistence. The two pools are very well taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable, with good closets and large bathrooms.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor and has a long, narrow balcony with a side view of the sea. The apartment comes with a parking space in the garage, and there are several elevators in the building. A supermarket is located right next to the building. Whenever we had questions, Saulo responded quickly. I can definitely recommend this apartment.

The host was helpful and kind from the start. Check-in at the reception was super smooth, polite staff who explained everything to us properly. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, very cozy, we felt at home, we didn't even want to leave. The hot tub was a very positive differential, because the weather was rainy for the beach. We still received a very cute courtesy reception treat. We'll be back for sure!

The weekend we stayed at the inn we were welcomed by Mr. Jeferson, very kind and attentive. The girls who work at the inn are also very kind and attentive. They gave us local recommendations and helped us with routes when we left. All very well educated. The place is very clean and cozy, just like the photos. When we return to Guarujá, we will definitely look for the guesthouse again.

Our stay was perfectaaaaa! This had never happened to me before, but a few hours after arriving, we were already making plans to return. What a special place! Great rooms with microwave and fridge, nice pillows, spacious queen bed, wonderful place structure, everything clean and well taken care of. Demétrio, Rodrigo and family some loved ones!
