Enjoy a pleasant stay with us between the countryside and the sea. The listing is located on the first floor of a house, with private access by an external staircase. It is dual-aspect with openings to the north, east and south. The ground floor is a garage, so you're the only tenants in the house. The accommodation is on the road between Moelan-sur-Mer and Kerfany, in a property where you will share the yard and part of the garden with us.

Duplex T1 located on the 3rd floor with balcony and sea view (mouth of the Aven and Belon), you will only have to cross the road to reach Kerfany beach. Ideal for a couple and 2 children max. Kayak rental, sailing school, playground, GR34 trail departure on site. Shops 2 km away, close to Pont-Aven (city of painters), Concarneau (walled city) or Lorient (city of sailing). No smoking, no pets, access by stairs. Provide linens and towels.

Cosy Gîte - The beach and the GR34 on foot

Our cottage, "Les Mouettes qui Caquétent" (The Cackling Seagulls), is located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest, near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. The accommodation is situated in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. The cottage is ideally suited for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4. You'll find a cozy and very peaceful retreat. The cottage is well-insulated for optimal thermal comfort in the summer.

Single-story apartment. In the center of Moëlan-sur-Mer, close to all amenities (restaurants, cinema, supermarket, bakery, etc.). Easy parking with free parking nearby. Kerfany, Pouldu beaches or the Carnoët state forest, the Belon River are close by by car. Access to the apartment is from a private patio. Pillowcases, pillows, sheets, and duvets provided, as well as towels and tea towels. Beds will be made before you check in.
