Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Unsere renovierte Unterkunft in Top-Lage ist 50 m² groß, familienfreundlich und gut angebunden. Die WLB-Station Guntramsdorf, ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, bietet direkte Verbindungen nach Wien und Baden. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Ärzte und Heurige sind ebenfalls in Gehweite. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist über eine Schlüsselbox zugänglich. Die Kurtaxe von 2,50€ pro Person und Nacht ist bei Ankunft bar zu zahlen. Early-Check-in-Gebühr in Höhe von 50 EUR für eine Anreise vor 13:00 Uhr!
