Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Mödling District

Tolles Loft mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre : ) Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern , superschöner Spieleraum & großzügige Räumlichkeiten ! Das Loft war sauber und es wurde an fast alles gedacht , sogar an Kinderbett & Hochstuhl : ) die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet & alles 3-4 Tage gibt es neue Handtücher , Kaffeekapseln , Müllsäcke & co. Die Lage ist jetzt nicht die Toplage , aber man ist in 30 min mit der Straßenbahn in der Innenstadt & sehr nahe zu Schönbrunn (wo man tolle Ausflüge machen kann). Ich lebe selbst in Wien & war nur aufgrund eines Wasserschadens Vorort , aber für einen Citytrip als Familie ist diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert : ) ich würde wieder buchen !!!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die Sauberkeit genossen. Jan war sehr hilfsbereit!! Wir sind gerne wieder Gäste bei Jan!!

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön. Alles war sauber und hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Besonders hervorheben muss man das man kostenlos Parken kann. In der nähe gibt es Bushaltestellen und U-Bahn Station, man ist in ca. 20 min im Zentrum in Wien. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist wirklich Top. Jan war immer schnell erreichbar!

Es war mein erster Mal, dass ich bei Airbnb gebucht habe und ich würde nach dieser Erfahrung immer wieder machen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unseren Gastgeber Jan, der entgegenkommend, freundlich und zuverlässig war. Auf jeden Frage hat er prompt und höflich geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Wien aber auch längeren benötigt. Die Verbindung mit der "S-Bahn" zu der Stadtmitte Wien ist fantastisch und alle 10 Minuten möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert. ❤️-dank

Super moderne, gut angeschlossene Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht! Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber von Küche mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank bis bequemem Bett und moderne Bad war alles dabei. Beim Check In würde ich mir bessere Angaben wünschen, die Apartmentnummer ist zum Beispiel doch relativ wichtig ;) Dafür ist man durch den selbstständigen Check in super flexibel und der Gastgeber ist in der Regel schnell zu erreichen.

Kontakt verlief reibungslos. Die Lage fand ich im Nachhinein einen Tick zu weit vom Zentrum, aber die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Anliegen/Probleme mit der Unterkunft wurden schnell gelöst. Ich empfehle in solchen Fällen, sich bei Jan zu melden! Sauberkeit war top.

Při výběru ubytování jsme byli s přítelkyní trochu skeptičtí, protože se jednalo o nového hostitele a byla zde pouze jedna recenze. Našeho rozhodnutí ale nelitujeme! Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání i když vypadalo úplně stejně, jako na fotografiích. Celý komplex ubytování je hodně moderní a cena, kterou majitel nabízí, je opravdu příjemná. Spojení do centra je dobré, hned u ubytování je zastávka tramvaje i autobusu a asi 10 minut pěšky je železniční stanice. Při případné další návštěvě Vídně se sem s radostí vrátíme a všem ostatním můžeme toto ubytování jedině doporučit. Nebudete litovat. :-)

apartamentul este nou, se afla în zona de sud a Vienei, cu posibilitatea de a ajunge ușor în centru cu ajutorul mijloacelor de transport în comun. avantaje: restaurant la parterul blocului și stația de autobuz din fata blocului la întoarcerea acasă. gazda foarte prompta în a oferi răspunsuri atunci când am avut nevoie. recomand.

Une expérience 5 étoiles ! Tout était fluide, du check-in au check-out. Le logement était impeccable, calme et parfaitement entretenu. On s’y est sentis comme chez nous. Merci Jim pour ton hospitalité et aussi pour tes excellentes recommandations locales!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Michael ist ein äußerst angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. In den drei Tagen habe ich mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und ein besonderes Highlight ist die sonnige Terrasse im Erdgeschoss – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend: Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und mit dem Zug kommt man in etwa 20-Minuten-Takt schnell nach Wien. Ich werde diese schöne Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

felt like we were on holiday but in fact we were in Vienna to work,was really good to come back to a very relaxed environment

Catharina’s house is one of the most lovely places we’ve ever stayed! The moment we opened the door, we were amazed and felt right at home. It looked even better than the photos! The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood, with wonderful views of the mountains. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than minutes away by car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, which was very helpful. The smart lighting system took a bit of time to get used to, but all was fine. Catharina was very kind and responsive if there were any questions :) Hope to return one day to enjoy another stay here!

Es war sehr schön wir haben unser Zeit in Wien genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr morden und die Lage war sehr ruhig.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. What truly made the experience stand out was the host, Michael. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His warm hospitality and local tips made me feel right at home. The neighborhood was peaceful. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war fantastisch! Die Wohnung war super sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden, sodass wir schnell ins Zentrum kommen konnten. Die Unterkunft hat wirklich alles, was man braucht – von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

This a great Airbnb! Comfy beds, nice layout, updated bathroom and kitchen, close to the Hauptbahnhof, right on the tramline, very responsive host. Basically a perfect place to stay in Vienna!

Appartement moderne dans un quartier bien desservi par les transports. Parfaitement insonorisé et bien équipé.

Sehr nette Wohnung und geeignet für 4 Personen bzw. 2 Pärchen. Die Wohnung befindet sich allerdings im zweiten und nicht im dritten Stock.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

I had stayed at many air b n b’s over the years and Wilfred’s place is probably the nicest I have ever stayed. He is a very helpful and incredibly nice. His place is located in a perfect part of town. Close to many restaurants and public transportation is just a few minutes away. If going to Vienna I highly recommend this flat and if I go back I most certainly would book this again.

Communication with Mariella was really easy. The flat was really clean and we really appreciated the terrace. There were little extras which were provided including washing up liquid, washing machine powder, tea, coffee and Mariella had even provided an aperitif, which we enjoyed while watching the sunset on the terrace! The lockers for luggage are practical. The nearby area isn't very charming, however it's practical with a supermarket just across the road and just 5 minutes from the underground and tram. Easy connections into central Vienna and to the airport. Should I return to Vienna , I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy apartment in the loft, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The tram/train station is 2 minutes away, very good connection with the city centre and there are also many stores and bakeries nearby (walking distance). Christian was very kind and welcoming, and he provided us with all the information we needed :)
