We offer the basement in our house in an exclusive green location in the middle of the Vienna Woods with a garage space. It is 20 km to the city center of Vienna, 4 km to the highway and 20 km to the airport. There are many opportunities for leisure activities all around. In the immediate vicinity are a cinema, shopping center, restaurants, wine taverns, climbing rocks, police, countless hiking trails, castles, a spa, ski resorts... We have a dog (border collie). An extra bed is possible.

Green oasis at the thermal spa

New apartment with a wonderful view of the countryside. Nice terrace. Completely quiet location and still only 15 minutes by subway to the center of Vienna. A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. A large recreation park is located directly behind the building. A daily open cafe with breakfast and daily menu is also in the immediate vicinity. Gym in the building.

Nice apartment in the south of Vienna

The apartment is located in the center of Traiskirchen in absolute rest position. The city park can be reached in a few minutes.The center of Vienna can be reached by public transport in 30 minutes. The apartment on the second floor is accessed via the living room. From there you reach the sauna and the bedroom with fitness equipment. WC / bathroom are located 2 steps outside the apartment. Traiskirchen is a well-known wine village with several top winemakers and wine taverns.

Stop 20 m away, in 5 min. at the U1 in 15 min. in the center. Schwechat Airport is 20 minutes away. Therme Oberlaa is 5 minutes away. Accessible by public transport with the U1 to Oberlaa, then with the 70 A bus to the Unterlaaerplatz stop, or 266 bus to Johanneskapelle, both stops are about 3 minutes away. Coming by car from A2 exit Rannersdorf, drive there towards Oberlaa, Klederingerstrasse towards Vienna to house number 149 on the left.
