The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

My accommodation (about 68 m2) is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, right next to the beautiful Augarten Park on the 5th floor with elevator of a residential complex, in a quiet location. Ferris wheel and Prater are just around the corner, U2 subway on foot 5 minutes. You'll love my place because of the quiet but convenient location. You can also walk to the 1st district (Stephansdom) in 20 minutes. We are also happy to offer you an extra room for €20 extra per night. See photos

In Gehdistanz (1,2km) erreichen Sie auch den Hauptbahnhof.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
