We had a very pleasant week with our children. We enjoyed the cottage in a very good location at the foot of the slopes, the storage of skis and boots in a very well designed and heated room. The new apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated, all the equipment for the kitchen is there up to the raclette machine which was very useful to us. The cottage environment is perfect with everything at hand, package purchase, rental of equipment for skiing, supermarket, various shops. In other words, we highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is as described and as per the pictures. The location is outstanding for ski in/ski out. We stayed as a couple but the apartment would work for our family of four. The shower and WC are teeny tiny but are perfectly formed. The apartment as a whole has been well thought out and makes excellent use of all the space available. Bonuses are: close to P2 car park, great view from balcony, close to ski school and ski lifts, supermarket in apartment block along with ski hire shop. All in all 10/10. Well done to the excellent hosts.

Excellent stay! Functional and super thoughtful apartment. We spent a week at the top, close to everything, shops, downhill ski slopes and cross-country. A small paradise very practical and optimized with beautiful touches. Thank you and hopefully we will come back

Beautiful place on the heights of Briancon. The apartment is very well equipped, the bedding is quality and the decoration is very neat. The cherry on the cake with a view of the mountains! I would 100% recommend this listing!

The cottage was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible views from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each bedroom is really a plus especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

My cycling friends and I decided to cycle in the region around Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. When we started looking for a suitable base, we ended up at Laurent's "Au Pied des Cols". This turned out to be a modern, compact, detached holiday home, literally at the foot of Col du Chaussy and Col du Sapey, in a nice, quiet location near Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Big enough for the three of us, ideal for cyclists too; there is a practical storage space, including all the equipment for cleaning and maintenance of the bikes, perfect. Communication with Laurent went smoothly and smoothly, check in and check out too, flexible by using the lockbox. All in all, this apartment is recommended!

We could not have asked for a more amazing three weeks. The chalet is in an exceptional location on the hillside above Arc 1600. The views on all sides are breathtaking - sunsets and sunrises, Mont Blanc, the Tarentaise Valley. The morning birdsong is deafening. You're pretty undisturbed up there - the occasional skier passing or parapenter taking off or snow-shoer wandering by. The chalet itself is beautiful, well-furnished and well-equipped and the huge terrace has sun all day on sunny days. Laurent is an excellent host. It is accessible either by skidoo (on arrival with luggage); a chairlift then T-bar on skis (quite easy with groceries from a visit to the shop in 1600) or, if the drag isn't running, it's an easy 250m walk up from the chairlift. (The walk down to the village takes around fifteen minutes but longer in deep snow, the walk up from the village could be done by brisk walkers in twenty five minutes but it is uphill all the way).

Eric and Florence, thanks for allowing us staying at your property, the house is beautiful, impecable clean, fantastic set up and very close to Val thorens station which was our ski center of gravity… this just made our family ski vacation perfect ! The house is spacious and accommodated 3 full families with high levels of comfort…. The kids were extremely happy… The amenities like the Hamman, sauna and ski room are perfect compliment after a long day in the slopes. The property is greatly locate, easy access to the main way to Val thorens which made our trips back and forward to the station. Very easy….we will see you next year once the season starts ! Sandra is very responsive in answering our questions. Yves, who hands over the keys, is also very available and accommodating. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and good location.

We had a pleasant stay at Laurence's. The location is strategic for skiing on Orelle-Val Thorens, plus a free shuttle is available at the residence. The accommodation is clean and functional. The bedroom bedding could be renewed, but we will come back without hesitation. Thank you Laurence for the valuable advice and your hospitality!

I recently stayed at thus lovely apartment in Courcheval for my brother’s wedding anniversary. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The host was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The home itself was extremely comfortable, combining cozy interiors with modern amenities. Overall, it was an ideal setting for our special celebration, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

beautiful chalet, in a quiet secluded part of Val D'esere. Maria the chalet host was extremely helpful. we were there at the very end of the season so getting down Le Face back to the chalet was challenging at the end of the day, but achievable if you are good skiers.
