Our stay at Sophie’s place was great! House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Large house with lots of space for everyone including our 2 young children.

This Place was perfect 🤩 wonderful location and easy to find! Stacy was so prompt with communication which was helpful when we accidentally set the security alarm off ( whoops!) If there was a negative and it’s a small one, it smelt very much like pets, it’s advertised as pet friendly so you’d expect that I guess. For non pet people though we could definitely tell it was pet friendly. All in all a wonderful well set up abode.

Had such a fantastic stay here with my family. The house is beautifully renovated, spacious and such a homely place to return too after fun around the town. The hosts were super lovely, accommodating and even gave us a late checkout which was very appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful stay in Echuca, we will most definitely be back again. Thanks so much!

Wow!! What a fabulous home. The house was very clean. Lots of space for everyone. We particularly liked the heated pool and fire pit. It had everything you need and had a homely feel to it. Laura was fantastic to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The space was gorgeously decorated and had such a calm, welcoming feel. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, with more than enough plates, cutlery and everything we needed for our stay. They even had great wine glasses (such a treat)! Each room had its own air conditioner, which made it really comfortable throughout the house. The outdoor area/pool was great, even though the water was a little too cold for the kids and I. The location was also spot-on, close to everything we needed, making it super convenient. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed place to stay.

Michael was so lovely to communicate with from the start and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house was perfect for our two small children, my husband, myself and our small dog. The pool was lovely and everything was very comfortable.

From start to finish this was hands down the best accommodation I have ever rented, and there has been a lot. The cleanest home I have stayed in. outstanding layout, comfort fit for a queen the beds were so comfy. The outdoor entertaining area was absolutely fantastic big enough for everyone to enjoy. the small things like plumbed in gas to the BBQ, little fire pit , awesome pool with lights, party lights in a great undercover space. plenty of prep space in the kitchen. the kids had an absolute ball running around the yard. The only thing I can say made our stay tricky was there was no steamer to cook veggies, no strainer, no big pot to cook pasta. apart from that you offered so much more with our beautiful welcome gifts, basic supplies and every gadget you could think of. the freezer with never ending ice was such a luxury. we enjoyed everything so much we will absolutely be back if you will have our crew again. The home is in a stunning location on the river. Such a beautiful place and well setup for large groups. Di and Neil would also be the best hosts I have experienced for communication and general vibes. Will definitely be back.

Kimberly's home was perfect for our 2 families. The house was clean, neat and comfortable. Even though we visited in winter, the house felt cosy. There was more than enough space for our 2 families. The neighbourhood felt peaceful and safe. The kitchen was well stocked and furnished to be able to cook up homemade meals for our group. We could tell that Kimberly was thoughtful and cared about our comfort through the little things added to the house and really tailored the experience for our stay. Kimberly was easy to communicate with and was able to accommodate our requests. She even took note of the ages of the kids and provided age appropriate entertainment for them. We would highly recommend this home to groups who are looking for a home away from home and it is by far one of the best experiences we've had with an Airbnb host. Thank you Kimberly for sharing your lovely place.

Wonderful property. Clearly a family home in its previous life, feel very at home as it has personal touches unlike most holiday rentals. House itself is quite big and heaps of space for two families if needed. We were only 4 adults and an infant and felt miles from one another. Beds are super comfy and linen decent quality which is another surprise for a holiday rental. Pool area is lovely and the wisteria really adds to it. Main garden could be better utilised. Dog friendly as well so the whole family could go along. Tad pricey, 1200 for our group for two nights and the 500 deposit outside of Air BnB is a bit unusual, but the house is very well maintained and nicely furnished. Otherwise the only issue is the lack of dishwasher and dish rack. We're fine to clean and dry by hand as there was only '4.5' of us, but had to stack everything in one sink. Might be an issue for larger groups.

We and our fur baby found Jenny place fantastic. Everything you would possibly need for a comfortable stay. We cooked all our meals and there was everything you would need in the kitchen. We ate outside in the BBQ area it was nice to eat out in the fresh air. Fan and all above the table kept the flies away. Beds were nice and firm. We will be back again.

The whole experience from the beginning was made easy and our stay was enhanced by the quality of the accommodation. Danny was responsive, thoughtful and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were staying for work, so Birch Cottage was a comfortable "home away from home". Within walking distance for everything in Shepp, we would really recommend this as a great holiday stay for anyone wanting to explore Shepparton and districts. It's a great little place and really comfortable.

Lovely quiet location that was very good value for money. Mariea wás a delightful warm and friendly hostess. Comfy bed and good well appointed room. Great local produce and delicious home cooked meals are available at reasonable prices. Pet friendly. Reuben our daschund loved the place and felt at home. Great location in "Sun Countr.y." Centrally located near the Murray River with lots of interesting things to see. Cactus Country, the largest cactus farm in Australia is nearby and was a highlight as was Thompson Beach at nearby Cobram. Good value for money and also pet friendly. We Hope to return to this quiet relaxing place again. Thank you Mariea!

A fabulous house, very well furnished and super comfortable, including beds. Heating is powerful and the lovely fireplace is great too. Everything is there, lots of firewood, milk in the fridge, really nice extras like boutique gins, wine, chocolate, home made marmalade and local honey. Kitchen very well equipped and the local pub (5 minutes drive) does good meals. The house is right up against the National Park so we had really wonderful walks each day. Hosts respected our privacy and responded quickly if we had a request. Couldn't recommend more highly. Love the dogs and horses too!
