Guesthouse vacation rentals in Mjøsa

Very good place to stay during the winter for cross country skiing. The shop is near the chalet and ski routes are very accesible by foot (10min). Bus is also possible to go to lillehammer and ski station. The village is very calm and nice.

Very helpful and friendly host. Answered all our questions. Instantly provided firewood so we could light the wood-burning stove. Cozy cabin and short distance to Hafjell. Beautiful view to ski area.

Communication with the owner was quick and smooth. It was easy to arrive at the cottage and found everything you need for cooking and laundry. The cottage is small but enough for two to stay for a few nights. The cottage is located in the owner's yard, but at least it didn't bother us.

Nice spacious house for two people, good beds, beautiful veranda.Vidar welcomed us very friendly and took immediate action in the event of a leak in the bath.The lake was within walking distance, great for swimming, but unfortunately the weather wasn't good so we didn't do that.

We had a really lovely holiday in the spacious and nicely decorated house. We highly recommend the house. Easy communication with the owner, and clear instructions made the holiday easy and convenient.

Johanne’s place is very cosy and was perfect for what we needed - a couple of nights in the area. We stayed with our two children and they loved the pull out beds and the garden. It’s a unique place to stay in Oslo.

This was our best stay in Norway so far! The place is amazing, we enjoyed nice dinner in outside patio with amazing look over the lake! The apartment was super clean and offered everything one would need. The bed is amazing and we really had a great sleep! Steve and Kristine are great hosts, welcomed us personally and offered advices for a walk in the area. Definitely a place to stay and enjoy the tranquility!

Earl and his wife are lovely people. We felt so very welcome. We were so well taken care of. The annex is a lovely little house that has everything. Located in a well-maintained garden, undisturbed and completely quiet at night. Homely, clean and tidy, and with good use of the square meters that make it seems bigger than it is. It is 4 min by car The Viking ship. So here you are in the middle of the action, but outside the noise of cars and other noise. There were cups and tubs, equipment for dishes, bed linen and towels. We could have brought clothes and nothing else. Clean and tidy and smelled good when we arrived. Easy to find and spacious parking. But I have to commend the host again. Thank you so much ! We have enjoyed ourselves to the maximum. You helped us make your holiday perfect ! We will be back ❤️

This was the perfect spot to recharge after days of traveling. beautiful view, very cozy with a well stocked kitchen if you want to make a small meal. the hosts were very responsive - we loved our stay!

The place is located in forest, with peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Lovely birdsong everywhere when you open the door. Perfect for silence and forest walks. No traffic. Cozy sitting area outside the guesthouse. We were on one class all day so only used the place to sleep. Worth noting that bathrooms are located in the main house (not the guest house). The main house is right next to it and feels like an extension of the guesthouse. The hosts were very friendly, accommodating and wonderful to get help with the dishes; we really appreciated that.

Incredibly great place with a super location and surroundings right by the water with a great view. Perfect if you want to get out of the city and stay in quiet surroundings. The hosts were nice, welcoming and helpful if we had any questions. Will be happy to return👍🏻

Pretty amazing little triplex with: 1st Floor: An entrance 2nd floor: dining room, kitchen and bathroom 3rd floor: a small bedroom under the attic. The apartment is connected to the owners house even if it remains independent. However, the partitions are hardly thick. And the big bonus: the great view of Oslo Bay!

The cabin is wonderful! It was heated upon our arrival and with some lights on to create atmosphere, thank you Ole! Well-equipped and modern kitchen, spacious bathroom complete with washer and dryer, very comfortable shower cabin. Comfortable beds. One of the living rooms has a very large wall-mounted TV and the other living room has a beautiful wooden table. There is also a charging station for electric cars, but you need a cable. Quiet surroundings, relaxation guaranteed. You need a car to get to Vinstra and the various shops. One of the most beautiful houses ever seen! We'll be back!

Very cozy cabin with ski in ski out. We enjoyed the fish in the water. Unfortunately, the cabin service had missed cleaning before we arrived but the host arranged very well. They showed up in 15 minutes and cleaned when we went skiing. Super nice hostess and lightning fast communication.

The house is very good if you're going to ski at the resort. In a quiet area. Important, there are no sheets or towels. To keep in mind. And the heating can't be set to more than 18 degrees. Everything else is fine.

What a host! We have been welcomed by Berge very nicely. Everything was well prepared in advance with some refreshments, fruits to welcome us. Berge is doing everything to let you relax and enjoy his cozy place. Nothing to say besides excellent! I do recommend the place.

It was a great stay for our Oslo visit. Holmenkollen is a beautiful neighborhood to have walks and to view the city from highground.

It was a wonderful stay, the house is fantastic, nice conversations with Svein Marius also. I'd love to come back.

Nice cabin and location, and absolutely excellent communication from the landlord. Nothing to put off!
