Modernly renovated all facilities while retaining the charm of traditional architecture such as the Ryukyu red tile roofs and beams.There is also a water softener and plenty of amenities, so you can stay with peace of mind and comfort while staying in an old private house. There is also a 5-meter-long private pool, and you can relax by the pool with a view of the blue sky and the Gajumaru trees. It is only a 3-minute walk to the beach, and there is also a large park nearby, so walking and jogging is also good. The old house has been renovated to make it independent of 2 families, and this is a 2F rental building. Located overlooking the Irabu Sarahama Fishing Port, famous for one fishing, it is a 25-minute rental car from Miyako Airport and 10 minutes from Shimojishima Airport.The 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned in each room, with a maximum capacity of 5 people for a relaxing stay. It is a mandatory area to rent a car, so please make a reservation and use it.Let us know if you'd like to hire a cheap car. There is one washing machine, two water tanks for soaking diving equipment on the 1st floor, and you can enjoy BBQ while looking for Miyakojima on the terrace. Parking is available for your car on site.Kitchen and condiments are well prepared, so you can enjoy self-catering. The harbor is full of diving, snorkeling, and fishing shops, and lunch at the Fisherman's Cooperative's dining room, restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to the tavern and Italian Bal at night.

Approximately all amenities are provided.Feel free to harvest eggs from the chicken coop, vegetables and herbs in the field. (Sometimes we can't harvest the chickens depending on their physical condition or time of year.Thank you for your understanding.) And the stairs to the rooftop allowed sunset & sunrise & moon bathing.
