Located in a Victorian house, this converted raised ground floor property has original features but the comforts of modern living. The property is my home so the cupboards in the bedroom and the kitchen are in use but I have cleared some space for my guests. The kitchen is strictly vegetarian.

a very pleasant stay, nice neighborhood near metro arway, quiet area but with amenities, cafes and restaurants ;) Gabi always friendly, sociable, the house clean, very cared for and thoughtful. I would go back there;)

Everything was perfect, thank you for being so welcoming and flexible with my arrival. We were able to chat when I arrived and it was very interesting to talk and listen to you. Stayed for the weekend. 5 mins walk from the Tube, easy to find and very quiet area. Lovely home and the room and bathroom space and very clean. Received a small basket with breakfast nibbles each morning, which was lovely with our morning coffee. Host quick to respond and we couldn't fault our stay.

I stayed for only one night but the host - Norton - was absolutely hospitable. Check in and check out were very easy and flexible - Norton kindly let me stay a couple hours past the check out timing, and even offered me breakfast. Everything was as described and very clean. Location-wise, it’s just a tad far from the nearest tube station (you’d have to take an additional bus), but given the price and quality of the stay it’s a 5⭐️ stay regardless :) I look forward to staying here again!

Everything all of the reviewers agreed on and more. Cheryl is a fantastic human being full of positive energies. Her apartment is very clean, tidy and safe. From the moment I put my foot in our house I felt I was with a family member and not an Airbnb host.. will visit again for sure.

What a lovely stay in Kate’s home. Super clean, absolutely peaceful, very comfortable sleep. Kate was proactive with instructions for arrival and very friendly at check-in (despite my being exhausted from travel). Would absolutely stay here again.
