The apartment is in a great location and extremely tidy and clean. There were small touches and I also found the kitchen was superbly equipped. Ideal for cooking something fine!!! Thanks for the quick communication and I'd love to come back when I'm in town.

When we arrived we found the house clean and organized. The place is very well equipped, cozy and comfortable, you have a good view of the garden from all the windows. Hosts are kind, polite, helpful and always available. A short walk away, you have a good supermarket and public transportation. Highly recommended accommodation.

Amazing stay ! Sad that it was only for one night for us and we would have liked to stay more. It is worth nothing that the apartment is on the 6th or 7th floor without an elevator which was a bit of struggle since I had senior members with me. No complaints ! It was an amazing stay

Our site manager was super satisfied with his stay at Rico's! He liked the stylish and tastefully furnished apartment very much, he felt completely comfortable. The stay was really beautiful. Everything was very modern and high-quality, the bed was super comfortable, which in my experience is unfortunately not always the case. The bathroom was absolutely clean and there were plenty of towels available. We will be happy to come back!

The location is perfect for someone using public transit, and the apartment is a great setup for extended stays. Yoana and Fabian were very kind and responsive hosts. I would like to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished, we felt very comfortable. It is located in the most beautiful area of Chemnitz and the walk into town was a delight.

We lived with Christine for a long time. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We wanted to wash and that was not a problem either, we even got a laundry rack. There is still a lot going on on the property, but we did not notice any of it. It was always very quiet and idyllic. When our child became ill, Christine did not hesitate to take him to the nearest hospital immediately and she also translated and waited until we were finished. We can't thank her enough for that. We felt very comfortable and recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Nice apartment in a quiet residential block with private parking. The bed is suitable for tall people (also duvet) and has a good mattress. We were with 2 adults but for children there are German books and toys available. Furthermore, good and quick contact with Stefanie.

The stay was very nice in comfortable conditions, we were too short to visit, maybe let's go back to finish. The only thing I was missing were small neighborhood shops where you can buy fresh bread for breakfast all you have to go to big markets in Poland, there are a lot of them,but it's probably a matter of getting used to the locals.

You feel very comfortable in the accommodation. All as described and clean!

Beautifully furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable at Fam Zickmantel. Great importance was attached to making the youngest feel comfortable. Both the play corner and the tree house in the garden do not make the stay boring.

It was really nice all around! The only thing that was not so clear to us in advance was the fact that there are two tiny houses and you may also have to reckon with another couple and thus have to agree on when to use the sauna and hot tub. Otherwise it was really wonderfully relaxing for the 2 days ☺️❤️

This is one of the best houses I've ever booked. We were surprised by the impeccable cleanliness with accents on details, the towels were neatly folded and there was a small gift in the form of chocolate, a small thing, but very pleasant. The atmosphere on the territory of the house and in the neighborhood is quiet , birds sing. we liked it so much that we didn't want to leave. The hostess is incredibly friendly. I recommend to everyone ✨

We had a wonderful weekend in Leipzig at Nils-Julius. The apartment was absolutely great – very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. There was really nothing to fault. Our stay at the Seglerbogenbande was great! Communication with the hosts was always friendly and smooth. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights and ensured perfect relaxation. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, better than in many other accommodations, which made cooking on site really pleasant. We would particularly like to emphasize how warmly and dog-friendly we were received – everything was really thought of. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and simply beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back!
