This beautiful studio flat has been newly refurbished. Very close to 2 tube stations, a train station and buses, so it has fantastic links to Central London! Just across the road are award winning bakeries, brunch shops and an amazing Thai spa! The main road, just 1 min away, offers a host of fashion boutiques, restaurants, bakeries, takeaways, supermarkets, a huge children's adventure play place, banks, pubs, barbers, coffee shops, gyms, leisure centres, libraries and ice cream parlours!

Modern, light, spacious, airy. 25 minutes from central London attractions by train. 2 minute walk to Anerley Station, 10 minute walk to Crystal Palace Station. Minutes from beautiful, historic Crystal Palace Park. Big balcony with barbecue. Ideal for al fresco eating. Parking space included.
“This lovely flat is in a quiet area just outside the centre London. It had everything I was expecting, including a spacious balcony, equipped kitchen and a host who provided lots of useful local attractions. We would definitely use this flat again as it was easy to get to and parking was great as it was right outside the flat.”
Recently renovated to a high standard, spacious family home with off street parking, garden, kitchen diner, lounge with log burner, 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower. We have 2 double bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom which can be set up with a cot, toddler bed or fold out single bed for an adult. Let us know your requirements and we will arrange the home accordingly. The lounge is very spacious and can accommodate more beds if required. 20 -30 mins to central London by train.
“Sarah and Matt's place has a warm charm! Everything is as described and more! Arriving there was very straightforward as Sarah gave great directions on how to get ransportation from the airport to the Airbnb. Sarah was communicative throughout our whole entire trip and made things like getting transportation much easier for us. From the house to an underground station, we had to take a Uber everyday there and back because the station wasn't very close. Although it wasn't close to a tube station, Sarah made sure that we knew how to get there and back the best and cheapest way. At the Airbnb, instructions were found in the kitchen. Anything else we couldn't find or needed instructions for, Sarah was just a message away from. In the rooms prepared, Sarah left wonderful little toiletry boxes with toothpaste, toothbrushes, hand sanitizer, tissue, etc. There were extremely thoughtful touches everywhere. Three bedrooms were prepared for us and we made great use of them during our long days. Everything in the kitchen was for our use and that was pleasant to know. The whole place was tidy and well kept. There were no amenities she was not without! When it came to leaving, Sarah had called booked a taxi for us due to come early in the morning on our last night because our flights were very early out of LHR. The effort provided to make our stay very comfortable and easy was definitely there and we appreciated it so much! I would highly recommend Sarah and Matt's place to many. Yes, the house makes home away from home great but the support from the hosts made the home much better and that's something I really want to highlight to the guests here. You'll never have a question unanswered or be without help!”
