Vacation rentals with a home theater in Missouri River

my whole family loved this place. it was spacious and had everything we needed. the kids especially loved the movie snacks and the homemade chocolate chip cookies that were left out for us. it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again. thanks Jennie!

our family trip for my Lil sisters wedding was absolutely made by being able to let the kids recover from sitting in dresses and suits all day by playing ping pong, pool, air hockey and literally every other game you could think of! the beds and pillows were so comfortable and everyone slept so well! the projector and all the options for media was a welcome wined down after all the friendly competition and I can not thank the hosts enough for having actual family sized soaps, towels, and pans! also, they were so kind about my daughter's overnight accident and Jaren leaves yummy chocolates to say welcome! oh, bonus is the YouTube with dad vibes required for hotub use! my 18yo was sure to give it a like 🤣 great communication and space! thank you for being part of our vacation!

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Our mother passed wAy and we had a few hours to find a place to stay from out of town. Corrine was accommodating to push our reservation through. The peacefulness, the comfortable living arrangements made the hard to go through process so much easier.

We loved this venue for our family Christmas party. Lots of space, great game room and theater. We will stay again!!!

Wonderful home for our large family for a whole week. The two large bedrooms on the main level accommodated my wife and I in one room and My Dear Mother in the other while our two sets of adult children claimed the two bedrooms downstairs. The huge, beautiful kitchen and dining room on the main level was perfect for making food, sharing drinks, playing games, hanging out, and eating meals then afterward we had our choice between relaxing in the main level family room open to the kitchen or heading downstairs to the cool theater room with the huge tv screen and massive reclining sectional couch and popcorn machine ad foosball table. If any of that wasn’t enough, the private patio and hot tub out side were available for us too. The house really had everything in place (and everything was clean, modern, and worked!) for our family of seven and we had a great stay for the whole week.

This place is beautiful, warm, and very welcoming. The surroundings were gorgeous, Serene and quiet. Several herds of mule deer come through, some of them were almost right up at the house. The amenities that were available were great, the house was spotless but comfortable and home like when we walked in. The linens were pristine and clean, the shower was great. We would happily stay there again. My daughter even would like to have her honeymoon in that house. Travis communicated with us regularly to make sure that we were okay and whether we had any questions or any needs. It was by far the best Airbnb that we've used.

Beautiful and great layout. Had enough space for my large family of adult children and grandchild. Fun space. Loved the downstairs and garage. The "kids" could stay up late, play pool and hang out without waking the baby and letting the grandparents get some sleep. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Will come back.

We’re a family of four with two young children. Brittney’s place was clean and comfortable. It served as the perfect home-base for our family’s weekend of adventures around Taylors Falls. The kids loved the collection of board games, and we all enjoyed the backyard and deck.

We had a fantastic stay at David’s place. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location is truly special. It is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to town for anything we needed. My family especially appreciated the cozy living space and the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook and spend quality time together. The outdoor space was also a highlight with an amazing view of Mt. Sopris. We loved sitting outside in the fresh mountain air, taking in the views and enjoying the solitude. David was a responsive and thoughtful host, and everything about the experience felt smooth and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in the Roaring Fork Valley.

We had a great stay in Park Rapids celebrating a family wedding in town. Our only issue was finding the place — the address needs to be corrected for Google maps to take you to the right place. Easily fixed. Other than that, we had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend for a large group. Thank you!

Our stay at this home exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t get over the views at this place! Just remarkable! We spent many mornings on the deck, drinking coffee and just being in absolute awe! Few things stood out to us in the home, firstly the room fans, they had different speed levels you could control by the remote! If you’re someone who has to sleep cool and likes it cold, open a window and turn the fan on and I promise you’ll sleep like a baby! If you’re a warm sleeper well the master bedroom has a fireplace! It warmed us right up after time in the hot tub! We enjoyed our time at the home just as much as we did with all the area hiking, train ride to the peak, dinosaur excursions, the wolf and wildlife center, water rafting and garden of the gods! The theatre room provided so much needed relaxing , loved the coziness! All the beds were comfy and had great pillows!! My husband wanted me to find out where the pillows were from! We loved it here!

Jon & Nora’s beautiful home was the perfect place for our family to gather for a long weekend! We liked being in Olathe in the privacy of a home but still close to all that KC and the surrounding areas have to offer! The house itself is incredible! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and they have thought of everything! Our kids had so much fun playing in the game room and watching movies in the theater or playing the arcade games! There’s also a playroom with a baby gate which was so helpful for our very active 15 month old! We ate dinner on the back porch and loved the big open kitchen to prepare meals. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of room for our large family. Our kids are already saying they can’t wait to return to the “blue house” and we are so thankful to Jon & Nora for being such wonderful hosts!

This place is perfect for a couple's get-away! Great views of the snow-capped mountains 🏔️, located directly in the heart of so much to do, with local shops, restaurants close by. Highly recommend !

AMAZING!! I would give Tammy and this gorgeous place more than 5 stars if I could!! Steps from lifts, restaurants, and shopping. Building has game room, movie room, health club, pool, hot tubs, and more! Beautifully and elegantly decorated, cozy, and so very comfortable!! The hosts truly thought of everything…higher end finishes, super comfortable couch, bed, barstools, linens, towels, games, well-stocked, etc.!! The large luggage closet fit all of our luggage too (and we have two very large pieces for our ski gear). We absolutely LOVED our stay here!! The amenities offered at the Village are everything you could hope for to have an incredible family vacation and make lifetime memories. Tammy was ALWAYS responsive, accommodating, and so very hospitable!! She really provides platinum level service that is remarkable and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Tammy!!!! You made our stay so very PERFECT! ❤️❤️❤️

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this condo. We've stayed in multiple different units in the Villages at Breckenridge, and in other condos in the area, but the Villages is our favorite overall. This particular condo was probably one of the best in terms of furnishings overall. Not all are created and furnished equally, but the use of the space was ideal, plenty of seating, comfortable furniture, etc. It just made living in the space easy and comfortable. Jeremy as the host was great. We only needed to contact him one time, and that was to determine if an early check in was an option. He quickly responded and we ended up checking in several hours early on our day of arrival. Everything else was proactive communication from the host on everything we could possibly need. Very good experience overall.

If you are going to ski Solitude or Brighton, stay here. It is a joy just to be in these sunlit rooms. From the windows you can see a ski lift dropping off skiers on a Solitude ski trail. Put your boots on in the room and walk to skiing. Afterword you can take a soak in the hot tubs that are right next door. Bring your groceries from Salt Lake City (no supermarkets up here) and you can prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with the fireplace nearby. If any problems arise, Ben takes care of them quickly with rapid communication. And by the way, check-in is a breeze. You may not think about this, but having your car parked in a heated garage makes winter travel a lot easier too. Loved my stay.

Perfection! Joyce was very responsive and informative before arriving. Upon arrival we were a little early getting to the area and were given access to the condo. The garage parking space was right up front and convenient. Condo is on the top floor and has a cute bench area right outside the door to remove ski boots and gear. The condo is immaculately clean! Spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a well stocked kitchen and living room area was perfect for the 4 of us. Every room has a flat screen tv (smart tvs). We cooked several meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The appliances are new and there were ample dishes and glassware. Never had a need to use the fire place as it was very warm inside. Towels and bedding were high quality and pool towels were provided for us to use. The pool and hot tub were a big hit after skiing all day. We opted to walk to ski instead of using the shuttle. Easily walkable to EVERYTHING! Highly recommend!

Kristin was a fantastic host - so friendly and responsive. Proactive with check-in / check out procedures and recommendations. Her home was beautiful and close to everything in downtown Breckenridge. I highly recommend this place.
