Open floor plan, full of light, great front and back porch. Excellent for a morning coffee or cozy backyard dinner. In a nice quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the river and a 10 minute walk to downtown. All three bedrooms are upstairs including a master bed/bath. Dogs allowed upon approval with a $75 pet fee.
