We hope you will enjoy our open concept 3 bedroom, one bath house. Unit includes one off street parking space in a garage and a 4th-floor patio. There are 2 mini-split AC/heating units, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker, a microwave, & a full stove range and a 56" tv. There is a deck w/ two recliner chairs. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. There’s a 3/4 bathroom w/ tiled shower. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.

Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
