Accommodation certainly small but very well arranged. Beach at 300 meters. So yes, we went there at the end of June for 2 days at over 30 degrees and no one in the building…..I imagine a little more activity in July and August but really it was great The apartment is well-equipped and Corinne was great Thanks again

"Our holiday favorite" We had a great time at Jean-Yves's. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very pleasant to stay in. We loved having our coffee on the terrace in the morning in the sun. The decor is chic and elegant and Jean-Yves gave us recommendations upon arrival. The elevator and parking space are a little extra. If you are visiting the area, we recommend the small Thai restaurant 3 km away. My thailand. The green curry is delicious.

We often stayed in Nantes, but we had never seen such a quiet accommodation. We slept with the window open, there was no noise (yet it was the music festival). The apartment is in a very good location, clean and well-decorated. We recommend it++

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Jacqueline is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation matches the photos, everything is well done and practical (towels, tissues, blanket). We had a great time. The only downside would be that for 10 people, 2 bathrooms (including one in the master suite) is a little tight and the fridge a little small, but when you come as a family you adapt and it works! We booked to enjoy the arrival of the beautiful days with our friends. The cottage is very nice and very well equipped. The environment is very quiet and relaxing and really allows you to disconnect. Jennifer is a very responsive and very pleasant host by message. Morbihan is always a very pleasant place and has seduced those of us who discovered it. We really enjoyed the dining area and the terrace which are conducive to conviviality as well as the kitchen which is very well-equipped! We really enjoyed the fans left in the rooms in these temperatures. Again, thank you for this special attention.

The stay at Annie's went well. Perfect accommodation, we were 3 couples, very spacious. Very quiet environment.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Randy is a great host, responsive, courteous, kind, welcoming. The accommodation is on the top floor of a very quiet and well-located building that we recommend of course...

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

His apartment is not as he humbly says "well equipped" but perfectly equipped. and what generosity: small welcome gift, everything you need to prepare a vinaigrette, new sachet of Senseo pods, new sponges, new soaps... in short, you can go to Vincent's without planning anything! What happiness! and the location is excellent! Very quiet, 5-minute walk to a promenade by Conleau Bay.
