The Fichtenzauber vacation home was created from old spruce timber. It is located on the outskirts of Riedhausen and is located on the farm grounds in the middle of the countryside. In the immediate vicinity is the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried Nature Reserve, the second largest moor area in southwestern Germany. This natural experience is within walking distance and offers the opportunity to participate in various guided tours. The area offers numerous hiking and biking trails, natural swimming lakes and a variety of gastronomy.

Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.

A tiny house and yet a great sense of space. Very idyllically located behind a carpentry shop, water rippling, birdsong and the Allgäu cowbells ensure complete relaxation. A fantastic view of the mountains and a great starting point for many vacation activities make this place.
