What was known as The Pink House, this home was the first addition to Lake City. It offers enough space for the whole family including dogs! The entire 3000 square foot house has enough interior space for large gatherings & a large backyard for yard games, kids to play, dogs to run, & space for a camper to park or multiple tents to be pitched. The house is located on the west side of main street giving families easy walkable access to the beach, downtown, or north to grab food or some drinks!

Two Track Bear Shack is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast! Right off a trail head for your ORV fun! Perfect for Snowmobiles, SXS, and hunting. If you travel out about 10 minutes you will find several lakes within 10 /15 minutes of a drive. You can get in on the trail head and ride all the way to Grayling! This cabin is an ideal destination for hunters and fishers looking to enjoy Northern Michigan. Nestled in a prime location, this cozy cabin provides convenient access to some of the state’s best hunting and fishing spots as well as walking distance to bars and restaurants. This cottage comfortably sleeps 5 or 6. One room has three twin size beds and one room has a queen. Also air mattresses that can accommodate two more. Dog friendly with one large crate.
