"Quinta Lourdes" is a traditional 1960s stone house located in a prestigious development in one of Puerto Vallarta's most exclusive and private areas, next to the jungle. Original facade. Spectacular views of "Los Arcos." Whale watching in winter. Just minutes away is the beautiful "Playa de Mismaloya," where the movie that made Puerto Vallarta famous was filmed. "The Night of the Iguana" was filmed there. "El Edén" Ecotourism Park, where "Predator" was filmed. Zoo, restaurants, etc.

Ideal for those that prefer a more rural setting than the typical resort area of Puerto Vallarta. The house is located in Mismaloya which is about 6 miles from downtown PV. Bus stop is conveniently located at the front of the house. House is newly constructed and a 5 minute walk to Playa de Mismaloya. The house is maintained by a family who lives on the first floor and have a boat for hire.

everything about the Villa was perfection. The view was outstanding and it was just a very peaceful place to stay. the pool was fantastic and since the hot tub motor had blown which was no fault of Kevin and Christian, they were great and heated up the pool for us every night. can't say enough good things about the place and the hosts. And I absolutely adore their cat!

A modern kitchen area features a marble countertop with a built-in stovetop, complemented by dark pendant lighting. Large windows provide a sweeping view of the sea, while comfortable lounge seating is positioned nearby, inviting relaxation. Tropical greenery is visible outside, enhancing the coastal atmosphere.

The house has a stunning location. Peaceful and away from the noise and clutter of the city, but close enough to restaurants if desired- 3 minutes from a great restaurant- Maria Cuquita and 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta. It is such a special place. We will definitely be returning. We had one small issue. There is a picture that shows a ramp with access to the ocean. This is not accurate, the ramps is old and the boards are missing, there are only rusty screws left. Again not a reason to miss this stunning place as you can access the beach by driving a few minutes in either direction. We were able to access the ocean via climbing down through the rocks. A minor issue, but that pic should be removed. Would definitely recommend that all visitors be above the age of 8 or so.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blanca’s place. A small town that’s growing fast. There are several restaurants in the area with great food. A small beach area that’s very popular. There is a great restaurant at the beach, a lot of fishing boats and it’s a jump off point for some fun tours. Blanca’s apartment is an easy 15 minute bus ride to Puerto Vallarta, great for day trips to all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The apartment was very recently renovated with modern accessories, it was very clean and comfortable. The small grocery store next door was super handy. Blanca’s partner was also very kind and helpful. She runs the shop down stairs. She’s usually there to answer questions and help with anything in the apartment.
