Monthly Rentals in Misaki, Sennan District

Very nice and modern house close to the station. Konbini is just along the road basically right next to the Nankai Misakikoen Station. Take the train to wakayamashi and exit after 1 or 2 stops to get to the Aeon Mall Wakayama. It is huge. Loads of shops. The house itself is really nice, air-conditioning in every room, futon are thick and comfy. 1 bathroom and 2 toilets are quite convenient when travelling with 4 or more people. ありがとうございました。

I was a little worried because this Airbnb listing is new, but we’re so thankful that we stayed here. Honestly the pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s so beautiful: a perfect blend of traditional and modern. All the amenities are new and stylish and the hosts couldn’t be kinder. They own a local cafe nearby and I also recommend you spend some time there to enjoy lunch or a coffee, you won’t regret it! I’d also recommend you get some groceries before settling in, because the kitchen is great to prepare some meals in. We were running late, but the host was kind enough to take us to a local grocery store, such great hospitality! The area surrounding is a quiet and peaceful, but it gives you a little taste of the Japanese countryside and gets you away from the “gaijin hordes”. Please come and enjoy a few days here, can’t recommend it highly enough!

If you go by car, this is the best location alone. The house is right on the street, and it is quiet when you go in. Everyone I went with was satisfied.

I chose this inn for the auspicious direction for moving. The living room was also relaxing, and the kitchen was clean and tidy, making it a really pleasant place to stay. I wanted to stay another day, but unfortunately it was booked by someone else, but I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.
