Vacation rentals with a patio in Mirties

This is an excellent Airbnb and I’d highly recommend it. Nikitas is a fantastic host and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, it’s bigger and everything is super modern and well designed. It’s also in probably the best spot on the island, with the incredible view of Telemnos, and some of the best restaurants and bars on the island right next door (including Micki’s cocktail bar, which Nikitas runs with his uncle; and Aegean Tavern, Panos restaurant, and the goat of all gyros places- On The Road). A couple of extra creature comforts not mentioned in the listing: 1. Nikitas has a filtered water tap installed, so no need to buy bottled water 2. Nikitas has a special system on site so you are able to put toilet paper in the toilet (something you’ll almost never find in the Greek islands) 3. The terrace has a remote controlled fully retractable roof, so handy for shade. Overall, excellent!

We were lucky to be the very first guests at this apartment, and it was an absolute gem! Clean, well maintained, with some brand-new facilities. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook at home, and the spacious terrace with a stunning sea view is definitely the highlight. The location is quiet but well connected, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and scooter rentals . We were on a climbing trip — some crags are within walking distance, others are easily reached by scooter. Denis and Beatrice, who run the apartment, were wonderful hosts. Denis kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry, and they greeted us with a welcome basket of fruit and snacks. They live downstairs, are super friendly, easy to contact, and always ready to help. There are a few sweet cats outside the apartment that love to hang out — made our stay even more enjoyable! We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kalymnos!

Ioannis' place is situated right on the beach, we were in the downstairs apartment, fantastic outside space and the inside doesn't disappoint either, lovely airy space, great lounge, dining and kitchen space with two good bedrooms and a bathroom Great communication from Ioannis, we met his parents who showed us the property, explained everything about the place and made themselves available for any issues We really appreciated the welcome gifts and thoughtful touches Could not more highly recommend Ioannis' place and Emporios in general - it's just magical!

Byliśmy 2 tygodnie w tym magicznym miejscu. Okolica jest niesamowita blisko plaży ze znakomitymi lokalnymi restaruacjami w okolicy. Apartament jest niesamowity, z piękym wystrojem i obrazami przedstawiającymi okoliczne miejsca. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje piękny widok z tarasu i sypialni. Dodatkowo Emmanouela regularnie sprzątałą nam apartament i zawsze dostawaliśmy od nich jakieś lokalne specjały (świerze owoce, ciasto :) Pobyt w tym miejscu to niesamowite wakacje gdzie mogliśmy odpocząć po wspinaniu w okolicznych skałach. Dziękujemy za wspaniałe wakacje i na pewno jeszcze nie raz odwiedzimy to magiczne miejsce. Polecamy z całego serca :* Michał i Agatka

Wonderful 3 night stay. Amazing views from the apartment of the bay with fort and windmills. Very well equipped and nice out door space which we hope to use when we go back.

Όλα ήταν άψογα!το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες με υπέροχη βεράντα!!! Άνετα κρεβάτια! όλα πεντακάθαρα! επίσης είχε στα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας και στο ψυγείο ό,τι χρειάζεται κάποιος για το πρωινό του και όχι μόνο....κάθε είδος καφέ και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, πλυντήριο, καθαριστικά, σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο και πολλά αλλά! είχαμε την επικοινωνία που θέλαμε και την εξυπηρέτηση απο τους ιδιοκτήτες!!! ευχαριστούμε!!!!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem sehr nah, um gut Essen zu gehen, zu baden und die Insel zu erkunden. Konstantinos war sehr hilfsbereit, holt mit uns die ganze Zeit Kontakt und beantwortete unsere Fragen innerhalb weniger Minuten - ganz bequem per Textnachricht. Am Ende hat sie uns auch eine vergessene Hose zum Hafen gebracht, da wir kein Auto mehr hatten. Das Haus ist fantastisch eingerichtet, tolle Möbel, ganz tolles Design. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Amazing stay. Kalotina was lovely and very helpful despite the language barrier. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities for cooking and making coffee. Arginonta seems like the best location for climbing, especially if you don't like the business of Massouri.

The apartment is close to the port and easy to find, since the host provided us with GPS coordinates. It's clean and it has all the amenities you need. The kitchen could need some more cooking ware but we didn't cook much, so it was ok. We couldn't find the washing machine though but we didn't need it. We asked for some more shower gel and got it very quickly. The Wifi worked well. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the place has a beautiful view of the gulf. I would recommend the apartment and would stay here again when returning to Leros.

Stayed for four weeks for a rock climbing trip with my wife and two girls. The place is well built and brand new. Super quiet, and the beds are great, we slept really well. It's close to a good grocery and only a little drive away from the best climbing in Massouri. My wife could do a few hours of remote work a day on the desk with monitor provided and the wifi was good enough for meetings. We will try to stay there again on our next trip to Kalymnos.

Ενα πανέμορφο σπίτι ιδανικό για οικογένεια αλλά και για παρέα 6 ατόμων όπου θα έχουν το δικό τους χώρο με τουαλέτα σε καθε όροφο και τη δυνατότητα να βρίσκονται και όλοι μαζί παρέα στο ισόγειο με το άνετο σαλόνι και την τραπεζαρία αλλά και την τεράστια κουζίνα η οποια ηταν εξοπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα τα οποία ήταν πολυ προσεγμενα και τόσο καλόγουστα!Τα πάντα ήταν πεντακάθαρα!Το σπίτι βρισκόταν σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά και σε λίγα λεπτά έφτανες στην μαρίνα με τα πόδια,ενώ είχε σε κοντινή απόσταση όλων των ειδών τα καταστήματα, καφετέριες,εστιατόρια,φούρνο,φαρμακεία, ιατρεία,σούπερ μάρκετ,περίπτερο,τράπεζα κλπ.Η Νομική πολυ καλή κι ευγενική και από την μέχρι σήμερα εμπειρία μου στην Airbnb, ήταν η πιο επικοινωνιακή οικοδεσπότης που γνώρισα!!Απαντούσε αμέσως στά μνμ μου, μας διευκόλυνε στο check-in και checkout λόγω της καθυστερημένης άφιξης και αναχώρησης του πλοίου,μας εδωσε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες και γενικά μας βοήθησε σε ότι και αν της ζητήσαμε!Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!Ευχαριστούμε

My wife and I had a lovely few days in Maria's traditional and uniquely styled house in Telendos. Maria met us at the property, which has been in her family for generations, and was so welcoming and friendly. She is such a lovely kind person. The property was as described and as shown in the pictures. It is literally only a few yards from the waterfront. Restaurants / bars are within 1 minute's walking distance and a small, but surprisingly well stocked mini market, is also very close by.. Everything in the property worked well. There's a well-stocked kitchen, with too many items to list. The property has a good shower in the outside bathroom (wet room style) and even an outside shower to help cool down. Telendos is a very quiet & relaxing place and whilst there's some newer local property, or other homes that have been refurbished, the opportunity to stay in Maria's lovely home is one we are grateful for. We would stay there again in a heartbeat - and hopefully will!

Such a beautiful quiet place to stay. Comfortable beds and great communication with the host. Gave loads of good recommendations for restaurants things to do and climbing. Arranged taxi on arrival. Large house with wonderful sea and sunset views

We had a great stay here! The place is really nice, with big, comfortable rooms that worked well for our group. Everything was clean and cozy, and the space felt very welcoming. The TV and internet were perfect, which made it easy for us to relax and for those of us who needed to work remotely. The location was also super convenient, close to everything we needed, so it was easy to get around. The host was amazing! Communication was quick and simple, and they were always helpful if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!

Oldukca keyif aldim. Tekrar kalmayi cok isterim. Temiz ve guzel bir dis ortami var. Denize cok yakin. Guler yuzlu ve yardimci bir ekip vardi. Dut agaci kesinlikle guzel bir surpriz oldu. Mayis sonu/Haziran gibi giderseniz bolca yiyebilirsiniz :) Birkac sey iyilestirilebilir belki. 1) Odalar biraz daha keyifli olabilirdi. Gayet temiz, her sey duzgun calisiyor ama ufak bir dokunusla biraz daha sicak olabilirdi. Biraz yeni tasinilmis ev hissi vardi, henuz tam tamamlanmamis gibi. 2) Kahvalti kaliteli malzemeler ile hazirlanmis ama benim icin porsiyon biraz kucuktu. Cogu insan icin yeterli gelir bence ama.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wirklich allem das man im Urlaub braucht und ein richtig netter Vermieter. Die Bilder sagen eigentlich alles aus, sie stimmen mit der Realität überein. Der Ausblick von der riesigen überdachten Terrasse, entweder nach hinten heraus über das nahe gelegene Hotel in die Berge oder nach vorne heraus aufs Meer mit der Türkei im Hintergrund, haben was. Verkehrtechnisch sehr nah an Kos Town und an der Hauptstrasse über die dann alle Orte der Insel erreichbar sind. Ein Auto sollte man allerdings haben wenn man was sehen will. Die drei Wochen sind wie im Winde verflogen. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber!

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

Irene’s Apartment is very cozy and comfortable. The view is amazing!! We had a very relaxed time there. Her parents are super friendly and at the same time reserved. Irene helped us to find a car and the communication with her is pleasant
