And a toilet with a shower and hot/cold water. Outdoor there are new garden fourniture in a big terrace of 80m2 with an excellent view to Telendos.

Spent your holiday on the beach in this gem of a house. You will be sleeping with the sound of the waves, admire the scenery of the sea and the nearby island of Telendos from the large balcony overlooking the beach of Melitsahas. Fill up your phone with photos of the sun going down, you will be first row for this beautiful show every evening. The beach is only a few steps down from the house. There is a veranda with sun beds. For shade there is a big palmtree on the other side of the house
