One of the best stays we've ever had in Caraiva. The location is great, close to everything and we loved the space, the layout of the cottage, very spacious for 2 people, large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The decor is also charming, it made us feel very welcome.

5-star accommodation in every way. House in the center of everything in Caraiva, close to the river, the beach, good restaurants. Dante welcomed me and gave me all the necessary assistance during the stay. The house is well-equipped and new, with a very Caravan style. I recommend and will come back more often

Casa Iluminada was an incredible stay! Aside from being a beautiful property (that matched the photos perfectly), Joanna (host) was a sweetheart and extremely responsive. She helped us with so many recommendations that truly made our trip! The attention to detail and level of care was unmatched. The private chef duo Joanna connected us with was amazing and equally as caring. The girls part of the house cleaning crew were also delightful and helpful. Can’t recommend this stay enough, we can’t wait to return!

As soon as we arrived in Caanda, he was there to welcome us, showed us around the space and offered several suggestions of what to do, order, where to eat. Always available for questions throughout the stay. I went with my family, if you want a place to rest and enjoy the day you are choosing the right place. Everyone enjoyed it very much, from the beaches of Trancoso, to the house where we spent a good time. I thank Caanda and everyone who works there, if I go to Trancoso I will return more often.

Awesome place. My wife, my son and I loved the place. Super cozy apartment, bed and bath linens all white and clean. Full kitchen. Environment with air conditioning and fan. We felt at home. The condominium has a very large swimming pool, an excellent leisure space with a barbecue. Condominium away from the city, a quiet and peaceful place, great for resting. You can go to the beach by a trail, the beach is beautiful. Deise gave us tips on places we love to visit. We'll definitely be back.

Mariella is an excellent host, she responded whenever we needed, in addition to recommending places for us to visit. The house is very quiet, and it is very close to the sights and also to the supermarket and pharmacy (very important), we did almost everything on foot. We loved the stay!!!

Great place if you want a clean, safe place to sleep with free breakfast. I would not stay here if you want to stay in the room. It’s small and extremely basic. But it’s clean and the checkin was easy. There was only one bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. Overall a great place if you want somewhere to rest your head but you want to spend most of your trip exploring the area.

Ana's place is wonderful, we really enjoyed the fact that it faces the sea and we can enjoy the beach very close by! The village, the environment are delicious to visit. The loft is well structured with everything we needed to make the main meals there, enjoying the beautiful view of the beach and provided us with the rest we needed. The location really is a little far from the center of the village, but it didn't bother us at all, it's a 25-minute walk and you still have the option to walk along the beach that faces the loft and go out there where the sea meets the river. You can also drive from the loft to the Xandó parking lot (which is most of the route) and enter the village on foot. The fact that we could drive to the loft helped us a lot (we had some problems with the dirt road, but because it had rained and our car was low) because it gives you more freedom to take whatever you want. Ana cleared up our doubts very quickly and was available for what we needed!

The apartment is in an excellent and safe location, close to the beach and downtown, and you can do everything on foot. It's equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and even has everything for cooking. Only a few supplies such as oil, coffee, sugar, etc. are missing. The complex is beautiful and the pool is larger than what you see in the photos. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!!

the best days I've had was hosted in this place! Villa is much more beautiful in person, wooded place, impeccable pool, calm and quiet pool. I fell in love with the room, the view and everything! Close to pharmacies, bakeries, beaches, restaurants and the center. I'll definitely come back more often 😍
