Comfortable seating is in the Na Palirna pub, which is located right next to the building, but due to the situation of the windows there is no possible noise. Possibility to store bikes in the building. The apartment is newly renovated and is located in Myslivny building, where it is possible to rent a spacious hall with a capacity of up to 100 people. The village is located 12 minutes from Nové Mlýny Dam, 30 minutes from Brno and Znojmo. Good bus connections.

Our apartment is located in a new building at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space. You can see your car from the bedroom window. Reliable wifi, air conditioning and coffee are available. Modern kitchen and comfortable beds 2.20 m. The beds are together or individually, according to the guests. We don't have a TV. It is 17 km to Brno, which you can easily reach by train or bus. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace at work. It is completely unsuitable for parties, nightlife, smokers and red wine on the carpet...

The accommodation was probably the best I've ever experienced on Airbnb. We enjoyed our stay very much and did not want to leave. There is really everything you need, nothing is missing, everything is clean and cozy, large bed, equipped kitchen (toaster, microwave, dishwasher..), bathroom, balcony, TV with Netflix, mirror, dining table and wardrobes. The hostess is very nice and helpful, she explains everything and always helps and takes good care of us. Our feelings and experience of the accommodation was really better than from any hotel. We chose this apartment because of its proximity to the Exhibition Grounds (really in 2 minutes on foot you are there), but I would choose it again whenever I go to Brno again. The other reviews here are not lying, and if you are looking for luxurious and comfortable accommodation in Brno, where you will feel better than at home, you don't have to look any further. I miss it already and I'd go there again.

The place is awesome. A great destination for a week at the lake or a one night stop on your journey. My family and I were staying there on our trip back home from Croatia. We didn’t expect this place to be so calm and beautiful. One thing I would recommend would be getting a fan inside the house, since in the Summer it can get really hot in there and there isn’t an easy way to get the hot air out of the house. I would recommend this place for anyone :)

So this was really Pribicka cool with everything! 🥂 Beautiful accommodation, clean, fragrant and everything perfectly prepared, not to mention the garden, it is a balm for the soul. 🫠 We had sunshine, warmth, so coffee in the garden on a deck chair and just the chirping of goldfinches? What more could you ask for? You will find everything in the house, just pack your clothes and a toothbrush😊. Pavla and Petr are very nice people, even though we only saw each other for 10 minutes. Thank you so much for recharging the batteries. We wish you a lot of nice guests. Nina with her family
