Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Miracatu

The accommodation is identical to the photos and the Loft is comfortable. The Hosts have been super helpful with questions. The neighborhood is not that close to the waterfront on foot, but it's quite close by car (+- 5min you get to super cool kiosks). House star: air-conditioning. We found it super necessary by the heat of the city. Everything works well. I recommend this accommodation and the quiet city of Peruibe (especially the Nonohay restaurants and apple bread) without fear. Hugs, Geovana e Vinicius

It was a short trip, and very nice. Positive point for the property, well located and everything well organized, and also for the employees of the building, many willing! I recommend it!

The apartment is exceptional and I highly recommend it. Of course, I intend to return on more occasions, especially due to its excellent location.

The apt is wide, well-lit and very close to the beach. The points that can be improved are cleaning, a microwave and there was a bad smell in the laundry that bothers those in the room that is there. Excluding these points the stay was great, staff of the building helpful, excellent children's pool ( that of adults was in maintenance). We would definitely return.

Our stay was excellent, the space is very comfortable, functional, well maintained, extremely clean and well located. Exactly as in photos and description. We also find it super safe. Very polite porterers, and Mrs. Rejane has helped us in everything, super helpful and attentive, from booking to check out. It was well worth it, we hope to return soon

Ivone's house is wonderful, close to the beach, shops, everything you need. The house itself looks like a country house, a spectacular garden, the pool is large and the water is transparent and it rained a lot. A very important point to talk about is the kitchen, I always rent a house on the beach and the lack of pots is really bad, I even brought some and did not use the kitchen at Ivone's house, which is full of pots and pans, bowls, everything you really need! The laundry room leaves nothing to be desired, it has 2 washing machines and even a dryer, which makes it much easier, not having to carry huge luggage, especially for those with children. My family and I highly recommend Ivone's house and we will be back soon ❤️

Highly recommend the house :) Maíra was from the very attentive beginning, taking all the doubts and giving valuable advice on how to enjoy the beach. The house is very large, with 6 spacious suites and a separate social area with plenty of room for coexistence. As it is located in an area with the forest on the side, the hostess took care to put screen and electric repellent throughout the house, which served very well. Edna, which cares for the house was always requested at all times and offers cleaning service (which made all the difference for our comfort) Thank you!

We love it. Considering it rained for two days in a row, that means a lot. The hosts and the housekeeper were very considerate. The place is in the middle of the nature and at the entrance to the national park. The house is very equipped and has personality. It also has details like board games. I travel a lot on airbnb and maybe it was the best home I've ever stayed in.

We loved the residence, it matches the listing. It accommodated 10 people easily, equipped kitchen, the house was clean, fragrant bed linens and is very close to the beach. Quiet beach and neighborhood, close to basic services such as pharmacy and market. Alexandre was very helpful, answered and responded to questions quickly. I will definitely recommend it and come back again!

We had an exceptional experience at this accommodation. The house is really great, very clean and exceeded all our expectations. The highlight, no doubt, was the wonderful pool and the super-equipped barbecue area, which provided us with delicious moments. To top it off, the host was extremely helpful and attentive, answering all our questions and making communication very easy. A place worth visiting and that we will return to many more times.
