A private screened-in porch, very comfortable bed, hot shower, good water pressure, sharp knives in the kitchen and two of the sweetest welcome doggos around - what more could anyone ask for!? Mary & Scott have created a peaceful retreat surrounded with beautiful landscaping & endless wild birds, nestled in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Every amenitie one could need including a stash of breakfast fixings, fresh fruit and homemade banana bread. Gracious, generous hosts - always available if needed but very respectful of privacy and space. Very well lit parking and entryway - felt completely safe as a woman traveling solo. Perfect location for me while visiting family in Monticello. Highly recommend. Will absolutely be staying here again.

This is truly a hidden gem. Cozy with vintage-inspired decor and very clean with a lived-in feel. The king bed and cotton sheets are truly superb. Step-in shower with great water pressure. Kitchen has everything you need. East walk to downtown. Adlon communicates well and responded quickly to a text. I highly recommend this quaint apartment.

Deb’s place is very cozy and nice. Quiet street, parking available. Comfortable beds, lots of amenities included, even umbrellas in case it rains! Welcome gift, flowers on the table, lots of homy touches throughout. The hosts live in the house, which is convenient if you have a question. Feels like home away from home.

I chose this rental for its convenient central location in a lovely neighborhood and many amenities within walking distance. Rental unit is well-equipped: bed was quite comfortable other furnishings were cozy. During my stay, it was not warm enough to sit on the secluded patio but I enjoyed the view and the privacy of that outdoor space.

My stay was a quick in and out, I felt safe and right at home. Very well done and very clean. This is the perfect place to stay and walk to the restaurants and shopping district. Jeffrey

Such a perfect spot for a weekend trip! We had a concert at Surly Brewing and it’s the perfect distance from there and the airport. Walkable to local restaurants and coffee shops. Has everything you need!! We would absolutely stay again!

Impeccably clean unit in walking distance to Lake St, coffee shops, bookstore, grocery, restaurants and nature/lakes as well. Conrade was a responsive host: easy and thorough communication. Fixed the exterior light issue as soon as it was flagged. As others shared noise from footsteps and kitty cat playing above though nothing that kept me from resting. Ear plugs or sound app helped. What a unique place - an old brewery! The bedrooms are palace-like with big beds, opulent linens, and pressed metal ceilings. The parlor is a great sitting space with an iconic mosaic on the floor. We typically like to have a kitchen and living room but we knew going into the stay that this was different than many other BNBs and gladly traded these comforts for the uniqueness of the space. The communication was clear and timely. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Definitely would go back.

This air bnb is even better than the photos! The space was expansive, the owners went above and beyond and a peaceful/quiet space! I am definitely staying again! The bars and restaurants nearby were great for a small town. This place is a gem!

The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor patio deck — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. And the entire home was spotless — truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The only thing to note is the nearby train, which can be quite loud at times. It didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, a fantastic stay — we’d definitely come back again!

I have a lot of experience booking with Airbnb, and Brittney & Oliver's place is a much sought after rarity in regard to the current Airbnb listings. The booking descriptions are "spot on" in terms of accuracy, and as a guest who has chosen to repeat-stay, I can attest that my sole motivation for rebooking has been the unmatched competitive price, and quality of booking - while also being in extremely close (2-blocks) approximation to 50th and France - Retail, Restaurant, Arts Fashion, & Theater District.

Jared's place was perfect for our 2 night stay in Minneapolis. Very clean and comfortable space, easy check in/check out, and simple parking. Our toddler loved being within walking distance of 2 parks and getting to use Jared's wonderful backyard. Jared is a great host - responsive, friendly, and flexible!
