Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mindelo

Amaury wrote me immediately after the booking and offered me to send us their driver to pick us up from the airport. The room fit the description perfectly in terms of commodity, size and view. We head a nice balcony with the view of the port and the entire town. The accommodation was super clean. Our bed linen and towels were exchanged on daily basis and the bathroom and the room were kept clean. The personal was always kind, correct and helpful. The evening before out check out we kindly ask them to serve us breakfast 15 min prior to the regular hour, since we needed to leave and this was no problem. I would go to this accommodation again and can warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Mindelo. Jelena

Suite vista Nous avons passés une nuit dans cet endroit magique,imprégné d'histoire.amaury le propriétaire nous a vraiment aidé à la préparation de notre séjour en amont et le staff est aux petits soins. La suite est très spacieuse et cosy et la vue sur la baie de Mindélo est à couper le souffle. Bref pour avoir fait d'autres nuits sur d'autres endroits de l'île je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Very nice place to relax, nice view over Mindelo. Good place to stay with a baby too (they had a lot of things for baby’s. At breakfast you get all you need. They helped us a lot and gave good advices. We will come back for sure. See you Jasmin, Jona and Roland

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Le logement est idéalement situé en bord de mer , très calme , on s'y sent bien. Anny a été on ne peut plus agréable et nous ne la remercieront jamais assez pour ses bons conseils bienveillants. Le couple travaillant pour la maison représente aussi parfaitement la gentillesse et l'humilité Cap Verdienne. Je n'ai qu'une envie c'est d'y retourner car une nuit est trop court pour apprécier le lieu. À bientôt 🥰.

Séjour inoubliable dans cet havre de paix. La très belle maison est située au bord de mer avec jolie piscine comme sur les photos. Non seulement la maison et très agréable mais Anny est une personne très accueillante, dans le partage et l’expérience humaine. Elle possède aussi un bon réseau/connaissance et une petite équipe pour faciliter le séjour (chauffeurs pour vous emmener et venir vous chercher sur les points de départ/arrivée des différentes randonnées ; repas du soir préparés par Isa, cape verdienne pour une maudique somme ET excellent, bien meilleur qu’au restaurant). Je voyage beaucoup et je peux vous assurer que j’ai rarement rencontré une telle hospitalité et cet éventail de service sans forcer. Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs et de nouveaux amis ! Merci encore !

Amaury à été présent pas msg des le jour de ma réservation. l arrivée et le départ sont facilités car un taxi très sympathique nous cherche à l'aéroport et nous dépose à l appartement. tout était très propre et fonctionnel et l emplacement et stratégique pour les activités. A pied il y a une petite côte mais cela donne une belle vue. ne pas hésiter le petit déjeuner est complet avec des horaires assez large. je recommande et je retournerai sans hésiter.

It is with the warmest of memories that I write this review🤗 Thierry and Lina were the most wonderful hosts during our vacation in the islands of Cabo Verde. Everything was top notch, from location to cleanliness and communication, we really felt at home. We had everything and more we needed for our 4 day stay. Few minutes walk to the beach, port and city center. We felt the attention of these people and their desire to make our vacation as good as possible. Finally Thierry took us to the airport. Je recommande ce logement , il étais très propre et beau. Une très belle vue depuis le balcon qui donne sur la mer et le lever de soleil. Un peu loin du centre ville de Mindelo et pas grand chose dans les alentours, mais un taxi jusqu’au centre de Mindelo coute 3€ l’allez. Petit shop present en bas , c’était tres efficace ! Les hôtes étaient très réactif et aimables.

really nice place. I stayed here for two months and had a great time. The house and especially the terraces are beautiful. The staff and owner are really friendly.

Elsa is an extraordinary host. The apartment is probably the most beautiful on the island - with views of the ocean, the mountains, and everything else. A grocery store right in the building, and a pool downstairs (it was being renovated when we were there so we didn't get to use it, but it looks stunning). There is also a second grocery store via a 7 minute walk, and CNAD is about 8 minutes away, not to mention the 10-12 minute walk to the beach. I can't say enough wonderful things about Elsa as a host - she goes out of her way to make you feel connected to the community. Thanks, Elsa!

We've enjoyed Cindy's place a lot. It is perfect if you want to work remotely with a beautiful view or to just relax. It is very spacious and cosy. Terrace is definitely better than it looks on the pictures! The view is amazing! :) . We order traditional breakfast twice and got THE most delicious Catchupa we have tried on the island of São Vicente. I would definitely recommend this place further.
