Vacation rentals with beach access in Mindelo

Top apartment beautiful view we really enjoyed large bedrooms wonderful beds. I really recommend everyone to take this apartment. There is not much nearby yet. Because it is still being built. But it really is a top apartment

I recommend it, amazing apartment, very nice, super well equipped with very good taste, I felt at home. Quiet at night, good to rest, nice neighbors, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, good internet, even TV with hundreds of channels.

Plenty of space and equipped with every comfort. I loved the huge outdoor space. Easy to reach the center. Benvindo was quick to reach with questions. I was able to leave my suitcase there when I wanted to visit another island for several days. And decided to go back the last days of my vacation.

Elsa is an extraordinary host. The apartment is probably the most beautiful on the island - with views of the ocean, the mountains, and everything else. A grocery store right in the building, and a pool downstairs (it was being renovated when we were there so we didn't get to use it, but it looks stunning). There is also a second grocery store via a 7 minute walk, and CNAD is about 8 minutes away, not to mention the 10-12 minute walk to the beach. I can't say enough wonderful things about Elsa as a host - she goes out of her way to make you feel connected to the community. Thanks, Elsa!

This was an amazing stay

Bohème (from Filomena Apartments) is perfect! My trip to Sao Vicente was meant to relax and that was completely successful. Nice with coffee and a book in the morning sun on the balcony. Wake up under the super clean shower with a good jet. And then walking to the (super)market, the beach or an eatery - choice enough within walking distance - to come back at the end of the afternoon for a siesta in a wonderfully cool bedroom on a nice mattress. In the evening I cooked myself - also the kitchen is full of comforts - or one of the famous taxi drivers took me to the most beautiful places in Mindelo. You can have a great time in the beautiful apartment (e.g. Netflix on the TVs and table games) but on the island there is plenty to do (e.g. car tour along Salamsa and Monte Verde etc.). Elida and Nuun have good tips and the residents of Sao Vicente are happy to show you their island. Just ask; people are really sweet and at Filomena Aprtmnts you are in the best hands. Bêjus!

Mindelo Sunset - Ocean View! What a beautiful place! It was super clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The unit has a nice vibe to it and had everything that I needed; I felt right at home! And the view! Oh my Goodness, what a view! Nothing better than waking up to a beautiful view of Monte Cara and Laginha beach! Also, the location is perfect: it's a short walk to Laginha beach and very close to Mindelo's center (downtown area) which you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure, which was exactly what I was looking for. Safety is a non negotiable for me. I also loved the fact that there is a cafe and mini-market right on the ground floor! That was super convenient for me! The host was professional, prompt, and super friendly! The host's description of the place is on point, nothing more and nothing less. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be staying at Mindelo Sunset again!

Bruna the host was lovely, she was extremely helpful and accommodating as my friends took their baby and the place was all kitted with a cot for the baby! The house is spacious with comfortable beds, a huge patio with beautiful views of and a walking distance from the city centre. They also managed booking tours and activities in the island which was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the island and would 100% stay here again. We had an amazing stay at this villa! The view of the sea and the mountains is breathtaking. The welcome was exceptional, and we immediately felt at home. The in-home chefs were incredibly kind and prepared delicious meals. The experience was truly luxurious, and our hosts were always available and responsive, offering great suggestions to enjoy our time there. From start to finish, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay! 🌞

Beautiful, modern apartment just outside the center, about 5 minutes walk to the city beach and about 10 minutes to the center. The apartment is furnished as new, clean and has everything you need for a successful vacation. Pleasant bed and shower with decent water pressure. Recommended! Deborah is an attentive host, communicating with her was very easy and quick.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Many thanks to let us stay at your place. Just behind (80m) bakery Morbeza. In a quit street. Lovely decorated, specios and welcomimg. A small patio to dry your clothes. The leving room is clever designed and the bedroom is at the back side. Perfect for a couple or max 3 persons. Lorry responds quick and is there to show you the appartment at check inn. Unforgettable stay in this lovely haven. The beautiful house is located by the sea with a lovely pool as in the photos. Not only the house and very pleasant but Anny is a very welcoming person, in sharing and human experience. She also has a good network/knowledge and a small team to make the stay easier (drivers to take you and pick you up from the departure/arrival points of the different hikes; evening meals prepared by Isa, Verdian cape for a maudique sum and excellent, much better than at the restaurant). I travel a lot and can assure you that I have rarely met such hospitality and this range of service without forcing. I leave with great memories and new friends! Thank you again!

The accommodation is impeccable and very pleasant. Being outside the city it is an extremely peaceful place. Don't worry about getting there, all taxis know the address and drop you off there for a very reasonable rate. Very good hosting from others, thank you to them! I recommend 100%!

My husband and I had an amazing getaway and Maurits was the best host..his property is pristine and made us feel right at home!!! I believe he went above and beyond to make our stay seamless…we will definitely be back!

Great apartment to stay with a company, spacious. Nice kitchen and supermarket within a 1 minute walk. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from the center. It's a great walk you'll be there in no time. Host is super friendly and quick to respond, you can ask him anything!

An oasis from some minutes to city center. Very comfortable house with a lot of beauty and of amendities. Lovely view over the city. Can recommend ❤️

The Airbnb stay was absolutely amazing from the location being so close to the beach to having a well equipped gym inside the building along with a great restaurant. I would definitely come back to this location again I mean, I literally was scheduled for Zumba at the gym. It was super dope and I would definitely revisit this Airbnb location again. The walk to the beach is very short however, if you would like to take a taxi you can, but I walked after the first day towards the beach and beyond the beach area for food and everything.
