Free parking for 3 cars on the premises. There are only 5 villas and houses around, and it is a private space surrounded by nature and tranquility. Convenient access to tourist attractions such as Nasu Kogen, Shiobara Onsen, and Nasu Animal Kingdom. Spend an exclusive time with your family and friends with the nature of the four seasons. Please check the◎ facility details before making a reservation◎ About Kikori House In September 2023, a lumber company, Ogura, in the mountains of Minamiaizu-machi, Fukushima Prefecture, turned a house they created with a thorough commitment to wood into a rental house. Ogura is the descendant of a woodworker who lived with wood. Questioning modern housing that relies on 24-hour air conditioning for comfort, we created a space that feels like a wooden sunbeam, where you can feel the natural wind and sunlight while inside the house. While taking advantage of traditional Japanese carpentry techniques, you can stay comfortably without any inconvenience by incorporating modern facilities. On a dark night when you can see many stars, the sound of birds and the wind, and powdery snow that is so smooth that you can't make snowballs. Feel the magnificent nature of Minamiaizu with all five senses. There are few restaurants nearby that are open late, but the open kitchen is stocked with special cooking utensils, dishes, and basic condiments, so we recommend cooking for yourself.

There are Japanese-style rooms, Western-style rooms, and a dining room for couples, families, and groups. There is a kitchen, so of course you can cook for yourself. You rent the entire building, so you don't have to worry about sharing it with others. The house only has a shower, but there is a hot spring nearby. (7-minute walk) Ideal for the currently popular workcation. Combined with the adjacent Ume House, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.
