The communication with Shai was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Swimming Pool, kids Play Area, Gym, Basket Ball, etc. We enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

The only observation is the lack of water and cleaning of rooms with the hotel

The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. It was the ideal base for exploring Dubai. The building itself was secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like the gym and pool. Our host was fantastic — super responsive, friendly, and helpful with great local recommendations. Easy detailed instructions. Flexible check-in with the lock. Beach and Swimming pool are really nice. Good place to disconnect yet close to old Dubai and business bay. Apartment super clean and with all the possible needs covered. fully assorted kitchen, nice tv, full washing machine and dishwasher... Host very responsive with very detailed instructions nothing left to chance. Recommend!

Definitely will be coming back here again. The apartment was amazing, spacious and had a small balcony with a great view. It’s so easy to get to places from here and you’re conveniently close to Dubai Marina Mall. Walid was also an excellent host and made me feel right at home.

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai! The location is unbeatable— right on JBR Beach, just steps from the sea. The apartment is part of a luxury residence attached to a five-star hotel, which made the whole experience feel like a resort vacation. I had access to a private pool, a well-equipped gym, and exclusive beachfront lounges for residents. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy all the hotel's amenities-especially the wide variety of fancy restaurants right downstairs. There were so many amazing dining options to choose from! Getting around was super easy-taxis were always just a minute away, so exploring Dubai was effortless. A special thank you to the host Kiran who kindly gifted me a box of premium Dubai dates.
