Absoluteky loved our stay here!! The hosts were incredibly kind and more than helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The athmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it one of the best experiences we had in puerto princesa. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! We're already plannibg our next trip and will definitelt recommend this place to all my friends and family. Everything was perfect. Amy is a great host. She helped us with our transportation arrangements as well as local knowledge and diving. The unit was very nice and private. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Our stay at Raphael's place was great. It made our Iloilo trip super smooth as the location of the place is very accessible to all establishments and transportation.

Great place to stay in Batangas City. I always prefer the check in method using lockbox since we are always not sure of the time we will be checking in. The place is really clean and it has everything that you need. I love also the idea that the living and dining area is fully airconditioned. SM Batangas is also very near and just a few minutes walk. The service is also excellent. When we needed extra bed sheets and blanket, they went out of their way just to give us what we need. My only problem is that the wifi didn’t constantly connect to our device when we are on the 2nd floor. There was available wifi mesh but I wasn’t able to make it work. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

This is a really great unit with a very friendly and responsive host. The unit has everything you need and it is very updated. For instance, it has a marble kitchen, nice floor tiles, and a smart TV. This makes it one of the nicest units around. The complex is similar to a homestay, but with more privacy than normal home stays due to the room layout. Jhen is quick to respond to everything, let me do laundry at hers, and the pool was great and always available. I would recommend staying here

The excellent location of the complex is in a quiet, secure location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, you can get to other parts of the island by bus, which stops near the house. The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the availability of 2 electric scooters. Geremias and Maribeth are very nice and friendly hosts, gave advice on the island, and always responded promptly. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had such a great and fun weekend! And the place is just 3 min walk to the beach. The place was also comfy and had everything we needed! Hosts are also so understanding and very responsive. Would definitely go back here :)

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Fantastic staff at the property, very helpful and friendly and they don't intrude on your privacy. swimming pool is so clean and nice. House is small but it's clean, has everything you need for a long stay, outdoor kitchen too and a great laundry area with modern washing machine. Huge seating area outside. The property isn't close to Sipalay but it's not that far to drive and it didn't bother us. I'd definitely come back.

The Adonis’s are such friendly gracious hosts that sincerely care and go out of there way to accommodate your needs and requests. They are courteous kind and do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable in their accommodations and in knowing where you are and where to go. They take you for a tour of the area and point out places of interest and good places to eat and any of the kind of places you are looking for. Just outstanding gracious kind friendly hosts.

1000 characters is not enough to express how much my partner and I enjoyed our stay. The location may not be as convenient as other stays that are near the stations (1,2,3,beachfront), but the comfort, peaceful neighborhood (great for remote work), friendly host, POOL access, has a washer/dryer, and BIDET make up for it. What you see online is even better in person. The place is also accessible via the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, direct stop. Totally worth the price and I will surely rebook if I return to Boracay.

The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Unforgettable stay, Highly recommended! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances so you don't need to spend money on food and you can pack less clothes. Even the little things like a mat were thoughtfully provided . The unit was exceptionally clean, perfect for family of four max of 5. The unit is a home away from home. The view from our balcony was breathtaking; from it you could see the mountains, the beach, and even Alta Vista De Boracay. Also, our host Ms. Denise is very accommodating and kind. She gave us tips and recommended using the HOHO card which helps you travel around Boracay with ease. Overall, Ocean Garden Villa and Boracay New Coast gives you an incredible experience and enhances your stay on the island, and my family and I would definitely return to if given the opportunity. Booked the entire week for my Iloilo trip. Place is at the city - very accessible to a lot of areas. Please is neat and tidy. It is big, more than enough for two people. House has a complete kitchen, good internet, a balcony. a washer where you can wash your clothes too which is good for when you want to pack light. There are two bathrooms - one in sala and one in the room. Heater is available on both bathrooms. TV where you can watch yt, netflix, prime, etc. Overall it was a great stay! will definitely book again as I go to iloilo yearly.

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Tata’s place! She is an amazing host—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The unit has a cozy and welcoming vibe that instantly made my whole family feel at home. There were six of us, and the space was still more than enough for everyone to move around comfortably. The unit is thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iloilo!

My boyfriend and I are Virtual Nomads. This is perfect for us so we feel very at home. Enough space for our laptops and the internet service is enough to get through work.
