Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Place to stay in Brackenfell. My place is within a 2km radius of Cape Gate Mediclinic, Cape Gate Shopping Mall, Makro. It is also within close to the N1 highway and plus minus 20km from Cape Town International Airport. It is also close to Simonsvlei and Durbanville and Stellenbosch Winelands. Cape Town beaches are within easy reach (34 - 40)km. There are plenty of eating places around as well as some who will deliver. My place very secure and we stay in a quiet neighbourhood.

The suite has a spacious, sepatate living/dining area with full kitchen facility. The property is equipped with Solar power/battery on UPS, so the SA phenomenon of load shedding/ power outages have little to no impact on our guests. There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.

Our studio flat is at the foot of Table Mountain close to hiking trails, 8km to the nearest beach and 4km from the City Centre. It is open plan, has a queen bed (182cm*152cm), a well-equipped kitchen, private garden, a private entrance, secure off-street parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and an alarm system. Guests may share our solar-heated swimming pool. (It currently has some peeling in the lining. It will be repaired over winter but is still clean and refreshing).
