You will have needed privacy and a really peaceful vacation (very close to the lake and beautiful nature that surrounds the house). Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

Lodges Krpin are located on the sunny side of the Alps. That means that even the early and late months like April/May and September/October are fabulous to have some days off. The prices are lower, its not as crowded around Lake Bled and the spring and autumn colors are fantastic.
