Fig Tree Cottage

NikiRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Fig Tree Cottage is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. True to the photos, in a relatively quiet location, very private feeling but close to the centre of the small town. Beautifully and lovingly decorated , really cosy and comfortable but with plenty of space ( we were 2 people). The garden would be an absolute delight when the roses are blooming but even without, it was so quaint and had lovely sunny spots for relaxing. The kitchen was well set up for cooking and the shower had incredible water pressure. Would definitely return.
A bright kitchen area is showcased, featuring a double sink beneath a window that offers views of the garden. Essential appliances, including a microwave and kettle, are present, along with storage cabinets and a countertop. Natural light enhances the space, creating a functional environment.

Gloria's place was perfect for work and unlike many other 'BnB's, Gloria's place had the best breakfast options. The driveway was beautiful to drive down and the birdsong was excellent.
The open-plan kitchen features a stylish brick wall and features modern appliances including a gas stove. A spacious dining table with wooden chairs is visible, complemented by large windows that frame scenic rural views. Natural light illuminates the warm wooden surfaces throughout the area.

Amanda and Lisa were extremely helpful and responsive to information requested. Lisa was amazing when my husband suffered a medical event and needed to be taken to hospital, ever so helpful and generous. We loved the apartment very well furnished and presented.

Ladysmith Cottage

Vicki’s cottage was warm, cosy, and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, great heat pump, dishwasher, and a beautiful view of the valley in its autumn colours. It was the perfect base while we attended the Century Farm Awards in Lawrence. Peaceful, quiet, and close to lovely local fruit stalls. Highly recommend!

Cute coastal crib with stunning ocean view

HelenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a brilliant 3 nights over the long weekend and experienced all seasons! Arrived to storms and the house was all toasty and waiting for us. Could hear the sound of the ocean from bed and it was so nice to watch the waves roll in from the lounge. House was very well stocked and comfortable. The beach and creek are beautiful and we met a sea Lion on our strolls. Loved out stay. And Dale was very communicative, checking in on us via text during the rough weather.
A rustic stone cottage is framed by snow-covered ground, with a simple picnic table visible in the foreground. A black dog is seen exploring the area, while snow blankets the roof and surrounding landscape. Trees are partially visible, providing a natural backdrop.

Bonspiel Gold Miner’s Stone Huts

RobertRating, 5 stars1 month ago
3 Kids and I stayed for 2 nights, absolutely loved it. As per description, no luxuries and basic 150year old miners hut but that’s why we stayed. Kids loved paddling with kayaks, panning for gold, biking around paddock and rocks, walking and exploring not to mention lighting the fire, toasting marshmallows and helping cooking/ keep camp tidy. If you are after an authentic, original experience highly recommend. Was a minus 3deg frost but bedding kept us warm. We will try to come back in summer so kids can swim in the weir and have more daylight to explore. Thanks for the Easter eggs, milk and bread too Sue
