In a leafy conservation area of Plymouth, near to the popular Royal William Yard and approximately 30 mins walk from the historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. There is a large bedroom/living area with a superking bed which can also be made into 2 twin beds on request.Also, a new galley kitchen area and bathroom. Soundproofed from the rest of the house.
